Ingredients

pumpkin from 500 g to 1 kg
minced meat (any) 500-600 gr
Apple 1 PC
sour cream 50-100 gr
celery root taste
Salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Make minced meat yourself or buy ready-made and stew in a CB bowl, I have a Roast mode, by default 30 minutes, when it starts up juice and turns a little brown, add sour cream. I did it with the lid open
  • Grate celery and apple and add to the minced meat, if there is no celery, calmly replace it with parsley, cilantro, rucola.
  • Cut the pumpkin into large cubes and add to the bowl too.
  • Season with salt, pepper, you can add a little broth / water - if there is not enough liquid.
  • Close the lid and let it build up pressure.
  • It turns out to be a wonderful, aromatic and almost dietary dish, since minced meat is stewed more with vegetables than fried.
  • Especially important during the pumpkin season.
