Fritters with apples

Ingredients

Wheat flour 500 g
Milk 2 stkn
Eggs 2 pcs
Butter 2 tbsp. l.
Granulated sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Salt 0.5 tsp
Fresh yeast 25 g
Apple 3-4 pcs
* glass = 250 ml

Cooking method

  • Dissolve yeast in warm milk, add butter, eggs, sugar, salt and, kneading thoroughly, gradually add flour, then put in a warm place to rise.
  • Peel and core the apples, cut them into thin slices and put in the risen dough before baking, stir and then fry the pancakes.
  • Place the dough with a spoon dipped in water.

Note

It is better to take apples sweet.

Please specify how many ml are in a glass, what kind of flour (rye / wheat ...), fresh / dry yeast

Wheat flour, 250ml glass, fresh yeast, it turns out especially tasty with them, I do not advise you to replace it with dry ones, but sugar can be more.
