Chicken fillet stuffed with cheese and onions (multicooker Yummy YMC-506)

Ingredients

Chicken fillet (2 halves)
Onion 1 PC
Hard cheese 100 - 150 gr.
Seasonings, salt

Cooking method

  • We prepare the chicken fillet, wash it, dry it. Next, marinate: spread with sunflower oil or mayonnaise, salt, sprinkle with your favorite seasonings. And leave it for now.
  • Filling: Rub the cheese on a coarse grater. Cut the onion into half rings and pour boiling water (to remove the bitterness), then rinse and squeeze. We mix everything, you can add a little mayonnaise for bonding, salt, pepper if desired.
  • In the wide part of the chicken fillet, we make pockets for the filling with a sharp knife. I carefully tuck the knife along the entire length (the main thing is not to damage the integrity of the fillet), and then I expand the pocket with my finger (without holes))).
  • We put the minced meat in the resulting pockets.
  • We stab the pockets with a toothpick.
  • Set the EXTINGUISHING mode to the cartoon - 45 min.
  • For the crust, put it in the oven under the grill - 10 minutes.
  • I cooled it down, put it in the refrigerator.

Cooking program:

Braising 45 min.

A photo of this process is desirable.

I wonder what kind of stuffing can you make besides onions? My daughters eat onions only raw :-)
And it's a little tough with imagination ...

Nikasa, you can, for example, with mushrooms.
And I love chicken with prunes / dried apricots and walnuts! Here is a delicious delicious!
PS I myself do not eat onions in any form

It is also possible with feta cheese, dried apricots, pineapple, ham, cottage cheese with herbs and garlic, Korean carrots, etc.
The main thing is to fasten it with hard cheese so that the roll does not crumble when cutting.
By the way, the onion inside is crispy.

And why onions in a multicooker in a roll are crispy?

To be honest, I myself am very interested, did it twice: the first time in the oven in foil - also crispy onions.
Maybe it depends on the bow ??? Although it seems to be ordinary, onion. I am even at a loss to answer why?

Thanks for the ideas! Tomorrow I'll try one with mushrooms, another with prunes.
