Cooking method

Well, even 360 gr. flour you can take a recipe for our baby Lentel, or maybe for all 400. I baked mainly from 300 g of flour: wheat + rye or wheat 1 grade. And she took the most 330 g (here here, since the Supra-150 is exactly the same, although now I also have Lentel). And your bread turned out to be pretty! And the top crust is dark, not light. The window was not covered with foil, by chance? And yet, you write the cooking time 3 hours. 15 minutes. - was it the stove that was turned off for 15 minutes during the ascent?

And here I tried to make simple wheat bread on it. It is possible without an egg, but I decided with him. Poured 1 egg into a cup, added milk and another third of a cup of water until a full cup. Not whole 3 cups of wheat flour, around the edges - 1.5 tsp. salt, 1 tbsp. l. sugar, 2 tbsp. l. butter, in the middle, in the depression - 1 tsp. dry yeast. It turned out to be tall, tasty, excellent bread, I was satisfied!
