The cupcake is moist with a slight banana flavor. The next day it tastes even better.

I also really feel the soda. Next time I will put 2 tsp. baking powder, because there is nothing for soda to react with.
The structure of the cake is friable - just the way I like it, not jammed (not dense). And a little bit damp - also delicious.
I also liked how the nuts look in the finished cupcake. They are framed as brown as in chocolate. And without the nuts, the cake would taste worse. I mean, nuts are great here.
