Ingredients

Soft cottage cheese
(I use Fromage Frais 0% fat)
150 g
Milk 300 ml
Sugar 100 g
Dry cream 30-50 g
Vanilla sugar 10 g
Raspberry
(berries can be changed according to the season,
frozen in winter)

Cooking method

  • One of the easiest ways to make ice cream.
  • Beat all the ingredients with a mixer (blendor) at the same time and pour into an ice cream maker.
  • In an ice cream maker, Brand 3811, it took 45 minutes to make the ice cream.
