Creamy fruit ice cream Brusnichka

Ingredients

Lingonberry pureed with sugar 250 g
Cream (12%) 500 ml
Honey 2 tsp

Cooking method

  • Whip the chilled cream, add honey and mix well again. Add the grated lingonberries, mix and load the mixture into an ice cream maker.
  • Time left 60 minutes, by default. The temperature was immediately +160C, and after 5 minutes the scoreboard was -240!
  • After 30 minutes from the start of cooking, I added 6 pieces. blackcurrant gummies cut into small pieces. I won't do this anymore, I didn't really like the marmalade in the finished ice cream.
  • After another 12 minutes, the blade stopped, the temperature was -250FROM.

Whipped with a DEX blender. First I broke the ice with my foot, and then with a whisk. Of course it was not whipped like 33% cream, but still a little puffed up.
