Ingredients

Leek 2 stems
Green peas (canned) 300-400g
Butter 50g
Salt taste

Cooking method

  • As a matter of fact, this is not a separate dish, but such an unpretentious side dish. Wash the leeks, dry and cut into 0.5 cm thick slices. Melt the butter in a pan and simmer the onion in it until pleasantly soft and slightly golden brown.
  • At the very end, add the strained green peas and bore for another 1-2 minutes. Salt to taste. That's all. Bon Appetit!
  • Delicate and delicate side dish that goes well with fish or meat dishes. To my taste, it personally reminds me of asparagus (and I must admit I respect it very much).
