Cooking method

  • I tried this fish for the first time many years ago at a party. Right in front of our eyes, the owner cut up the mackerel, put the "secret" in it, wrapped it in foil and sent it to the oven. And after 20 minutes we enjoyed the fragrant juicy fish.
  • I already know how many different options for cooking fish and often cook. And no, no, and I want just such a "simple" mackerel. But I do it not in the oven, but in the airfryer.
  • Preparation:
  • 1. Cut the unfrozen fish along the ridge. Open with a book. Remove the entrails, rinse the fish.
  • 2. Remove the spinal bone.
  • 3. Sprinkle the inside with seasoning and salt.
  • 4. Place 2 bay leaves along the back.

  • 5. Close the "Book".
  • 6. Grease a sheet of foil with vegetable oil. Put the mackerel on it and pack carefully.

  • 7. Install the middle wire rack in the airfryer, turn on "Heating".
  • 8. After 6 minutes, put the bags with fish on the wire rack.
  • 9. Mode: temperature - 180 degrees, speed - average, time - 20 minutes.
  • 10. After the ready signal, leave in the grill until the fan stops working.

Elena, oh, and the delicious fish turned out according to this recipe, very tender and really bay leaf, which gives something almost elusive in taste. I cooked in my sleeve, on a crisp plate, in the microwave for 10 minutes, voila, and you're done. I really liked it +1!
