Mackerel in a spicy sauce with mushrooms and parmesan

Ingredients

fresh frozen mackerel 1 PC
bulb onions 1 PC
carrot 1 PC
fresh champignons 150 g
tomato juice 100 g
cream 33% fat 100 ml
mixture of four peppers (ground) 0.5 box l
thyme, basil, marjoram, tarragon, paprika 0.5 kof l
sea ​​salt, sugar taste
Parmesan 50-70 g
olive oil for frying

Cooking method

  • 1. Defrost mackerel, cut along the ridge, remove entrails and bones, then divide into two fillets.
  • 2. Grate carrots, cut onions into half rings, mushrooms into thin slices. Fry everything together over medium heat for 5-7 minutes. Pour in tomato juice, add all the spices and let it boil. Then pour in the cream, reduce the heat and heat everything together - the sauce should thicken slightly. Add 2/3 of the grated Parmesan, stir quickly and remove from heat.
  • 3. Put the vegetable mixture on the bottom of a baking dish, place the fish on top, sprinkle with the remaining cheese and place in an oven preheated to 200C for 10-15 minutes.
