liver 100g
onion 1pc
carrot 1pc
egg 1pc
butter 30g
salt to taste
Cooking method

Boil the carrots and eggs, fry the onions. Cut the liver (I take chicken), peel off the veins and quickly fry in oil. Add some water, cover and simmer for 5-7 minutes. Cool, mince twice, the second time with onions, carrots and eggs. Add butter, beat well. Done.

Note
