Sea fish in the author's filling in the Bork U700 multicooker

Ingredients

White sea fish (any) 600g
Fresh rosemary 1 branch
Lemon 0.5 pcs
Sour cream is not fat or natural yogurt 4-5 st. l.
Ground black pepper or peas Taste
Olive oil 2 tsp
Coarse sea salt 0.5 tsp
Grain mustard 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • I'll make a reservation right away that I had a catfish, not a sea fish. But this recipe is good, first of all, for any white sea fish (cod species, perch, dorado, sea bass, etc.). I just really wanted fish, and there was only catfish in the store.
  • So, rub the zest with half a lemon. Remove some of the leaves from the rosemary and grind them in a mortar along with zest, coarse sea salt, 1 tbsp. l. lemon juice and 1 tsp. olive oil until all the aromas are mixed and the mass acquires a uniform color and appearance. I also added freshly ground black pepper there to taste. The smell at this moment is crazy! Then add the resulting mixture to sour cream, mustard there, mix and taste for salt, then you need to focus on your own taste - either add salt or sour cream.
  • Lubricate bowl of MV 1 tsp. olive oil. Put the fish there in any form convenient for you and depending on its type (whole gutted and peeled, in portions or fillets). Pour with pouring, if time permits, then it is better to keep the fish in such a marinade for 30 minutes - an hour, if not, then we omit this stage and just fill everything with the resulting sauce. You can put the remaining rosemary leaves on top of the fish.

  • Close the MV cover and turn on auto program Fish... This is a pressure mode, but the temperature is apparently not very high. Periodically, a very pleasant aroma was felt, which means the valve was not closed all the time, but the mode is quite quiet without gurgling, hissing and puffing.
  • The program lasted 30 minutes, and the result was such a wonderful fish!

Note

I liked this mode, although it was only the first and only time, which is called a pen test. The program worked delicately, the fish tasted amazing as a result, the fish did not fall apart, but was completely ready.
I wish I had any sea bass or dorado, but even the catfish sounded more interesting with this sauce.
By the way, I liked the taste of this filling so much that I made another portion and served ready-made fish with it (I did not have time to take a photo).
This fish will go very well with a mixture of wild and long-grain rice with butter or mashed potatoes.
We ate a double portion each without a side dish just with bread, despite the fact that my household fish do not like and usually refuse to eat.

Cook with pleasure and bon appetit!

Well, I didn’t wait for your recipe for Liz, I’ve already set the fish to cook, it’s about to fit. I am testing the FISH program, as in the recipe for grates, I wonder what she will conjure for me there
Vei
Tan, yesterday I felt so bad that I had no time for recipes (((
I hope you succeed, although I do not understand why all these grates are on the Fish, if there is a Steamer. There - yes, you can pour water and use the grate, but here? ..
tatita
:) Yes Liz you are right, the grill was superfluous, but I did it for the first time and everything was done according to the instructions. : girl_cleanglasses: I have already tried it, I am satisfied with the program, Sea fish in the author's filling in the Bork U700 multicooker I hope my boys will like it, it's too hard to feed them with fish. You have a very interesting recipe for pouring, but I still can't find my sauce for fish. Lezun do not hurt, as we are here without you
Vei
Well, your fish looks amazing! I think it tastes the same!

Liz THANKS,: oops: you know, I was pleasantly surprised by the FISH program, the usual pink salmon (which is always dry), turned out to be so juicy in the multicooker. All the same, BORK drives: yahoo: I'm proud of our multicooker
Tanyulya
Lizun, Thank you . I want to cook either a silver carp or a perch; We need to taste your sauce.
Do not hurt Treat

Unfortunately, this recipe didn’t work out for me. There was fresh navaga - all fell apart and separated from the bones. But the sauce is delicious. I think it can be used not only for pouring, but also served with a ready-made dish (if you use not fresh, but dry ground rosemary)
