  • The turkey turned out to be very tasty, juicy, tender and aromatic, having tasted a small piece, I realized that this is my taste! Meat that you want to eat and eat :)))
  • And yet I decided to continue the experiment and smoke one piece in the Brand pressure cooker. Cold smoking. 30 minutes.
  • The result is pleasing!

Time for preparing:

40 minutes + 30 minutes smoking
