Ingredients

large potatoes 3 pcs.
grated cheese 1 glass
butter 3 table. spoons
green onions (I have dill) bundle
sesame seeds (not added) 1 tbsp. the spoon
chili pepper, seeded 1 PC. (0.75 teaspoon if it's a seasoning)
salt taste
pepper taste

for the sauce:
garlic 2 cloves
ginger (not added) 2 cm (1 tsp grated)
paprika 1 tsp
salt 1 tsp
cumin (not added) 1/2 tsp
coriander (not added) 1 tsp
plain yogurt 2/3 cup
vegetable oil 5 tsp
lemon juice 1/2 lemon
sesame seeds (not added) 1/2 tbsp.

Cooking method

  • I'll write right away, so that I don't forget later. Since I don't like all sorts of odorous spices, I reduced the proportions of those that I added and did not add everything.
  • Cut the potatoes into halves (if you are using the oven, you do not need to cut them), fold them into the multicooker pan, skin side down. Start the baking program for 20 minutes.Potato halves with spicy yogurt sauce
  • While the potatoes are cooking:
  • Add everything except yogurt, butter, lemon, sesame seeds, if you are using them, to a cup and beat with a blender for a few seconds. Add yogurt, the consistency should be thick sour cream (I did not get very thick)

  • We make the filling for the halves: finely chop the onion (dill), three cheese, add the melted butter. When the potatoes are cooked, carefully remove the middle of the potatoes so as not to damage the skin. Add the core to the filled bowl and stir.

  • Don't look that I have dark-colored stuffed potatoes, I added soy sauce for the sake of experiment, I'm not very happy with the result.
  • When the resulting minced meat has been mixed, put it back in halves with a peel.
  • Pour the prepared sauce on top

  • According to the recipe, the dish is put in the oven, but since I don't have it, I put it in the microwave under the grill for 20 minutes so that the cheese inside melts and the sauce bakes.
