Ingredients

Dough:
Wheat flour 1c (I have a general purpose) 200 g
Water 80 g
Milk 60 g
Fresh yeast (dry) 9.6 g (2.4 g)
Dough:

Cooking method

  • For dough, mix all the ingredients into a sufficiently dense bowl. Cover and leave for 1.5 hours. Dough at the beginning and end of fermentation:

  • Next, knead at maximum speed for 10 minutes.

Of course, paper is jammed in some places and imprinted on bread, but we are not going to an exhibition. And in a pan it turns out better than on a hearth. The steam is correct there.

To create steam, you need to put a refractory container on the bottom of the stove, heat it up with the oven and pour a glass of boiling water into it before baking. And today I replaced 100 g of flour in it with whole flour, in a dough. And, during the last proofing, I left home, I thought, for 15 minutes, and returned after 45. And he, of course, fermented ... But the result was no worse. Well, maybe a bit of a clumsy. But delicious! Tender! As Mistletoe writes, you can eat with your nose, ears, whatever.
