  • What can be difficult in cooking vegetables in a slow cooker? Cut, folded, extinguished.
  • Everything seems to be so.
  • But in our family, no one likes stewed vegetables with a lot of juice released. Namely, this is how vegetables are obtained when stewing in MV. For us, delicious - fried in a pan, and then a little tired under the lid. But this preparation requires a lot of oil. And the process must be controlled.
  • For 3 years now I have been making just such vegetables (almost fried) in the 1st generation multicooker 37500. There is my favorite “Milk Porridge” mode, which either fries or stews.
  • I set myself a goal: to achieve the same taste in the new 502 multicooker. It didn't work out the first time. And only in the "Manual" mode.
  • Vegetables cook quickly, dense, and do not fall apart.
  • There is no liquid left.

  • Preparation:
  • 1. Prepare vegetables:
  • - cut eggplants into pieces 1.5-2 cm thick:

  • 2. Stir and season with salt.
  • 3. Pour 3 tbsp into a multicooker saucepan. l. olive oil. Place prepared vegetables.
  • 4. Stir the tomato paste and 1/3 tsp in water. salt. Drizzle over vegetables.

  • 5. Program 3 stages in the "Manual»:
  • Stage 1: t = 120 degrees, time - 15 minutes.
  • Stage 2: t = 95 degrees, time - 10 minutes.
  • Stage 3: t = 115 degrees, time - 10 minutes.
  • After the 2nd stage, add hops-suneli, bay leaf. Add salt (If you want to), stir the vegetables.
  • 6. You don't need to keep it on "Heating". Transfer to another dish. Serve hot or cold. (The longer it is infused, the brighter the taste.)

I confirm, it is very tasty! Elena, you will not believe - this week I cooked 2 times from this composition of vegetables, only in a frying pan. And precisely because in CF it is obtained with liquid. I am not so patient and skillful, I spat and cooked on the gas stove. Well, now there is nothing to do but try again in MV.
