Festive boiled pork 2in1 in a multicooker Bork U700

Ingredients

Pork neck 1.5 kg.
Carrot 1 average
Garlic 1 head
Sauce:
Granular mustard 2 tbsp. spoons
Dried greens (dill, parsley) 1 tsp
Ground paprika 0.5 tsp
Soy sauce 1 tbsp. the spoon
Salt 1 teaspoon flat
Mayonnaise 1 tbsp. the spoon
Garlic 3-4 teeth
Ground black pepper pinch

Cooking method

  • The optimal neck weight for this dish is 1200-1500 g. The cooking time in the recipe is indicated for 1500 g of the neck.
  • Peel the garlic, cut the carrots into thick cubes half the length of the neck.

  • From the end of the neck, make several deep cuts to the middle of the piece. Dip your finger in salt and work all holes from the inside. Put carrots and garlic in them. I got 5 holes with carrots and 3 holes with garlic. There were 4 cloves of garlic in each.

  • Mix all the ingredients for the sauce. The second half of the boiled pork will be stuffed not from the end, but from above. We make deep cuts and stuff it straight with a teaspoon. Half a teaspoon of sauce per hole.Festive boiled pork 2in1 in a multicooker Bork U700
  • The bottom is the same, only we try to make cuts so that they do not coincide with the top ones. I made 9 holes on top and 6 holes on the bottom.

  • Spread the remaining sauce over the entire surface of the boiled pork.

  • Place in a multi bowl

  • and bake on "Multipovar" 120C for 1 hour 15 minutes. At the end of the program, remove the bowl and let the boiled pork cool down so that you can gently reach it with your hands. Transfer to a dish, cover with something and refrigerate until it cools completely. Here's what happened:

  • Now you can slice and serve. Bon Appetit.

Time for preparing:

Together with preparation 1 hour 40 minutes

Note

It is very convenient to cook this boiled pork for the holidays. It seems that there is only one piece, but two different types are obtained. Moreover, they also taste completely different.
P.S. After cooking, the pork has no fried crust on the surface. She's only slightly baked. But while it cools down open in a multi bowl, it darkens a little, "gilded" and takes on a presentable look.

Thank you Liz! For such a pleasant review. Well, damn it, I wanted to make your recipe first. But I really wanted to be a monkey to a tunic. And my neck turned out to be fat, but yours is not. I had to force it, as usual. Next time I will buy a neck from another manufacturer, it has much less fat. And then ... wait with the report! Thanks again, Lizun!
Elena Tim
Yes, and more, I wanted to ask everything, Liz, and for what purpose are you pulling the neck with a tourniquet? What does this give? Density? Or how? I just never do it, that's interesting.
Vei
Yes, I usually did not do this either, but the last few times I came across such a neck that it was all from small parts and they strove to fall apart. And when you pull it, it becomes stronger and denser, and in my case it even began to look like ham in structure. It's easier to cut later. But it depends more on the piece.
And thank you for the recipe

Lena, look here as an example of how I swaddle meat https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=97075.0
If the meat is loose in structure, or in a layer like undercorns, then to shape the ham, some hardness, therefore they tie the meat up or swaddle with a net.I have a lot of such examples in the section of cuckoo 1054 - look
Elena Tim
Girls, thanks a lot! Now I understand everything. I am not in danger of being tied with a tourniquet. I take the largest piece of the neck in advance and chop it off under a flat brick. So the whole piece turns out. Now everything is clear to me. And I thought maybe from bandaging some magical properties appear? True, the bandaged one looks cool!

Thank you! I even wanted to do it while there is time until the 28th. In Kukushka, just in the same time, such a weight will be cooked, though 110about
I pull over with silicone laces (such multi-colored ones are sold), it is convenient and there is no smell with a taste, like from different nylon.

A little advice: in posts, it is better not to place text and photos on the same line, as visitors have different screen resolutions. I've corrected

Great recipe! I will definitely try to cook, but I don't have such a multicooker. Tell me, please, and in the oven or in a Panasonic cartoon how to repeat such beauty? In the oven, you probably need to wrap it in foil?

Elena Tim, thanks for the recipe. I took it to bookmarks.

Lena! Thanks for the recipe, very nice and festive. I did the neck a million times, but I didn't think so interesting to do it. The recipe is bookmarked for the near future, and this is for you

Len, I will not say about Panasonic, I do not know. But in the oven, please! Until my multi, I only cooked in the oven. It is better not to wrap it in foil (roll), but to make the lower (slightly larger) and upper (smaller) parts of two sheets. Lay the boiled pork and fasten the foil so that the sides are higher, something like a bowl with a lid will turn out. Then the juice will not run out. And after an hour, remove the lid or cut and push it apart so that the meat is browned. But it is most convenient to do it in a baking bag. Then the cleanliness in the oven is guaranteed. Just do not forget to make holes in it from above.
P.S. Feel free to put 190C in the oven. In terms of time, the calculation is as follows: for 1 kg of meat - 1 hour of cooking. But this is only for the oven. It cooks faster in a slow cooker.

Nice, I especially liked the green half of the neck. With carrots and garlic, the option is familiar to many, but with green tea, so that all this is in one piece ...

Thank you, Tanyush! You can't imagine how many of them are still sitting in your head, entih recipes. So get ready! Give me just a term ... If I had not been distracted by other cooking, on the stove, for example, manti, which I am going to cook, I would have made such a mess here ... just hold on! I'm joking, of course, I'm just trying my best.
tatita
Lenul, and that they are sitting there in your head, enti recipes, give them all here! :) And my husband has already been asking me about manti for a month, but I don't know how to cook them, I thought I'd find a recipe and cook it in a bork, but probably we'll have to do a lot of bookmarks for our family. Tanyushechka, as I understand it, you don't have a mantle girl? In Bork, cooking manti is just a utopia. I will be very surprised if at least six mantis will enter the lattice from Bork. This is not enough even for one hungry man! Not to mention the fact that you will also want to sit down to eat this delicacy, and the next batch will be ready only in 40-45 minutes. Here and sit - let your drool! But if you have at least a double boiler, then whistle and I'll write you a detailed recipe in a personal message. I often and always cook a lot of manti. An Uzbek habit, you know. And I have a huge manty-kaskan - 60 pieces. So, I will calculate the recipe for 25-30 pieces (there are just so many of them that go into a full double boiler). Less, in my opinion, there is simply no point in doing, you will carry more dirt. And so - once you shoot and for tomorrow is also enough. Fortunately, microwaves in our time are saved with heating. And before ... ooo ... fried in a pan with butter ... By the way, it's also delicious!
