Ingredients

Chees Feta 200 g
fresh tomatoes 1 PC
Bulgarian pepper 1 PC.
olive oil 2 tbsp. l
lemon juice, thyme, rosemary

Cooking method

  • I suggest you try one of the varieties of baked cheese "Cheese in oven", namely the one that will be served to you in most taverns on the Greek island of Zakynthos. A slice of feta cheese, in this case:

  • cut lengthwise into 2 parts. we take two pieces of foil, put three or four thin slices of tomato on each, several slices of sweet pepper on top, and add a piece of feta to all this splendor, cover it with slices of tomato and pepper, sprinkle with thyme leaves and your favorite spicy herbs (at me oregano and rosemary), sprinkle with lemon juice and olive oil. We close the foil, leaving enough free space where delicious aromas will collect ... We place it in the airfryer on a medium wire rack, 180 degrees, 18-20 minutes. We take out and enjoy!

Note

I recommend it as an incomparable snack for dry red wine. For cooking, you can use not only feta, but also feta cheese.

The Adygean cheese will probably melt ... Try it all the same with feta - it is not as salty as feta cheese. And the recipe is fresh, I brought it from Zakynthos in August, usually in Greece Saganaki overeat, and in Zakynthos this option is somehow more common
