Honey-onion wheat bread (Steba DD1Eco pressure cooker)

Ingredients

Wheat flour in \ grade 350gr
Wheat flour (milled itself) can be replaced with whole grain 150 g
Any light honey 1.5 tablespoons
Egg 1 PC
Butter 20 g
Warm water 280 ml
Salt 1 tsp
Fresh yeast 10 g
Fried onions 2 tablespoons

Cooking method

  • We knead the dough in HP on the Dough mode or in the kneader.
  • I was kneading dough in Kenwood.
  • 1 kneading is going on until the bun is collected, so I watched the consistency of the dough, added flour, there should be no smeared dough at the bottom of the bowl.
  • Then I left it in a bowl for proofing for 30 minutes.
  • The second batch is about 5 minutes. Add the onion for the second batch. I bought onions in Ikea, which is called Fried Onions) in general, they are sold everywhere.
  • Shaped the dough out of Kenwood and placed it in the bowl of the pressure cooker.
  • I also sprinkled onion on top)
  • We turn on the Heating mode at 38 g for 1 hour.
  • I turned it off after half an hour, it went up very well)
  • We close and turn on the Roasting mode for 20 minutes.
  • You can turn it over, but I was sorry to spoil the top and I put it in the oven to brown the bread.
  • And here we get such a Loaf)
