Chicken cutlets with curry

Ingredients

Chicken breast 2 pcs
Egg 2 pcs
Mayonnaise 2st. spoons
Bulb onions 1 PC
Garlic 3 wedges
Starch 2 tbsp. spoons
Curry taste
Salt pepper taste
Vegetable oil for frying

Cooking method

  • Cut the prepared chicken fillet into small cubes with a side of ~ 1 cm.
  • Cut the onion into cubes, crush the garlic with a knife and chop.
  • Put meat, onions, garlic, eggs, spices in a bowl, salt and stir.
  • Add starch, mayonnaise to the resulting minced meat, mix well.
  • Close the bowl tightly and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, my minced meat stood for a day.
  • Fry cutlets in vegetable oil over medium heat until tender.
  • Delicious))

Note

Actually, there are already similar cutlets on the forum, but this recipe contains curry, which gives the cutlets a special taste.

It's good that I did only half the portion. Initially, the curry didn't seem very good to me ... Either it's not my seasoning, but in cutlets this taste and smell did not improve either. I thought - maybe my taste is perverted? I took a little to my parents for a taste - they spilled in the same way and said next time the cutlets with new spices should not be spoiled
