Bulk apple pie in a multicooker Scarlett IS-MC412S01

Ingredients

filling:
apples 1 -1.5 kg, (the more apples, the tastier)
butter 120 - 150 g
for dry mix:
flour 1 glass
semolina 1 glass
sugar 1 glass
baking powder 1.5-2 tsp
vanillin or cinnamon

Cooking method

  • Bulk apple pie in a slow cooker:
  • We prepare a dry mixture. In a deep bowl, combine flour with baking powder, sugar, semolina and vanillin (you can use cinnamon).
  • Wash apples, peel, grate on a coarse grater.
  • Put in a greased bowl in layers: a layer of dry mixture, a layer of grated apples.
  • Thus, we alternate layers until the form is filled, the last layer should be a dry mixture.
  • Grate well-chilled butter on a coarse grater (you can just cut into pieces).
  • Bake dry apple pie in a slow cooker in baking mode for 1 hour 45 minutes. Do not turn the cake!
  • Cool the finished pie in a bowl. Then, using a basket - double boiler, remove the cake from the bowl.
  • Bulk apple pie turns out to be hearty and very tasty !!!
  • Bon Appetit!!!

I also really like your pie, Nadia. Very handsome! Charlotte with apples is fed up, you must definitely make your version

And the fact that you and your 4-month-old baby manage to do such beauty, bravo! : bravo: When my kids were, I barely had time to eat
