Ingredients

flour 2-2.5 st.
sour cream 4 tbsp. l
salt, sugar by ch. l
soda 1/2 tsp
sl. oil 1.5 tbsp. l

Cooking method

  • Remove oil from refrigerator to soften. Mix salt, sugar, soda, sour cream into a bowl of flour. Place. Add softened butter, smearing it into the dough; if it is greasy - add flour.

And on practically such a dough (instead of butter I put vegetable oil) I make pizza when I don't want to mess with yeast. It turns out very well. It didn't even occur to me to make baskets, I had to try.
