Ingredients

Chicken hearts 500gr.
Chicken stomachs 1 kg.
Onion 3 pcs.
Sour cream 25% 100 g
Green beans 200 gr.
Salt 1 teaspoon with small slide

Cooking method

  • Usually, I cook this dish in a frying pan or in a wok, depending on the amount I need. But tonight I was terribly lazy on schedule. And I still wanted to eat, oddly enough it sounds! Well, I decided to cook in the cartoon. And, citizens, I still have to tell you! Despite the fact that the dish was cooked exclusively in its own juice, without any frying, the result was very, very pleased. So, don't touch the hearts yet. We wash and, if necessary, clear the stomachs from the yellow film. Squeeze them out a little, cut them into 4-6 pieces (depending on the size) and send them to the multi bowl without any oil. Cooking on the "Multipovar" 120C - 25 minutes. During this time, our "navels" reach half-readiness, literally floating in their own juice:

  • Add to them onion cut into half rings, sour cream, salt, pepper and hearts. We mix everything, level it, and put the beans on top (it does not matter whether it is frozen or fresh). We close the lid and again for the same time in the same mode we leave to stew. Over time, add the chopped greens, mix and remove the bowl from the multi (so that the greens are not cooked).
