Light borsch for Redmond mc-70

Ingredients

Dried beets 2-3 tsp
Dried carrots 3 tsp
Pickled beef 300 g
Quinoa with bulugur 100 g
Salt 1 tsp
Greens to taste
Spices to taste
Fresh tomatoes 2 pcs
Water 1.5-2 liters
White table wine 2 tbsp. l

Cooking method

  • Cut the tomatoes in half and grate the pulp. If the tomatoes are too fleshy, then you can grind with a blender.
  • My beets and carrots are stored dried in the MP8 dryer. Previously, the beets were soaked in water and the carrots in tomato juice with the addition of white table wine

  • Beef (for softness) was previously wrapped in a film with pepper and salt and mustard grains overnight. For cooking, cut into medium cubes.
  • Put the beef in the CF on the meat stewing mode.
  • After 20 minutes add carrots, quinoa bulgur and water.
  • The soup should be cooked on the stewing mode further (it languishes more so and does not boil)
  • Light borsch for Redmond mc-70
  • Add the beets 5 minutes before the end of cooking. Salt

Note

The borscht was divided into two parts, and the other one added fried in 1 tbsp. l oil Chinese cabbage with a small piece of ginger and 1 tbsp. l soy sauce. It turned out also interesting - but this is not for everybody
