Lavash pie with meat and mushrooms in a pressure cooker Polaris 0305

Ingredients

Lavash thin 2 pcs.
Mixed minced meat 550 g
Champignon 200 g
Bulb onions 1/2 pcs.
Salt 3 / 4-1 tsp
Seasoning for minced meat taste
For the sauce:
Eggs 2 pcs.
Sour cream 3 tbsp. l.
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp. l.
Milk 2 tbsp. l.
Flour 1 tbsp. l.
Cheese 100 g
Salt 0.5 tsp

Cooking method

  • I want to share with you a recipe for your favorite lavash pie. I baked it in the Brand multicooker, in the Polaris pressure cooker. It always works. It uses the simplest ingredients and does not require a complex sauce like lasagna.
  • The pie is very satisfying and delicious. At the mention of the fact that I am going to make "lavash cake" both husband and son always lick their lips happily.
  • The pie is tasty and cold, so it is very convenient to take it with you as a hearty snack. 2-3 pieces are enough for an adult man to fully eat. (Although mine always complain that the pie is small!)
  • Try to cook this dish too. Meat eaters should definitely like it
  • Cooking.
  • Preparing the filling.
  • 1. Cut the onion into medium cubes. Champignons - in slices.
  • 2. Turn on in the pressure cooker Fry program, pressure - 3.
  • 3. Saute the onions and mushrooms. Place in a bowl.
  • 4. Sprinkle minced meat with seasoning, fry until white. (If it's frozen, just cut into small pieces and fry without thawing) Salt, put in a bowl with mushrooms and onions.

  • Preparing the sauce.
  • 1. Beat eggs lightly with a hand whisk.
  • 2. Add sour cream, mayonnaise, milk, salt, flour. Whisk until smooth.
  • 3. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
  • 4. Add cheese to sauce, setting aside 2-3 tbsp. l. for sprinkling the top of the cake.
  • 5. Stir. The sauce is ready.

  • Preparing lavash.
  • 1. Choose a template to cut out circles equal in diameter to the bottom of a pressure cooker pot (22 cm) (I used a silicone mat).
  • 2. Cut out a circle from the sheets of pita bread for the bottom of the larger cake (d = 29-30 cm). Put a template on it, make 6-7 oblique cuts around the edges. (This will improve the adhesion of the bottom layer to the bottom of the pot.)
  • Lavash pie with meat and mushrooms in a pressure cooker Polaris 0305Lavash pie with meat and mushrooms in a pressure cooker Polaris 0305
  • 3. Cut the circles out from the template. (The size of the sheets of lavash can be different. Try to cut it rationally. It's not scary if some circle turns out to be incomplete, you can close everything with scraps. It turns out 5-6 blanks.)
  • Lavash pie with meat and mushrooms in a pressure cooker Polaris 0305
  • 4. Set aside the most beautiful circle for the top. (The clippings will also be used.)
  • Assembling the cake.
  • 1. Brush the bottom and sides of the pan generously with margarine.
  • Lavash pie with meat and mushrooms in a pressure cooker Polaris 0305
  • 2. Divide the filling mentally into equal parts according to the number of layers minus 1 (because the filling is not needed for the top).
  • 3. Place the circle prepared for the bottom of the cake in the pan.

  • 4. Lubricate it with 2-3 tbsp. l sauce.

  • 5. Place some of the filling.
  • 6. Then place in the same order: lavash - sauce (2 tbsp. l) - filling.
  • For one of the layers, use clippings from pita bread or cover incomplete circles with them (In the finished cake, this will not be noticeable at all!).
  • 7. Lay the last circle. Press down on the casserole with your hand to seal. Brush with sauce and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.

  • Baking.
  • I offer you 2 options.
  • IN 1: "Baking", pressure - 2, time - 50 minutes. The valve is open. (This option is suitable for any multicooker)
  • IN 2 Porridge ", pressure - 2, time - 35 minutes. The valve is closed. (The most successful option for Polaris. And fast. )
  • After the ready signal, remove the pie pan from the appliance.

Note

Previously, lavash for this cake was simply cut into squares. It turned out faster. But! The edges, no matter how greased with sauce, turned out to be dry after baking. They had to be cut.
Recently I have been cutting circles out of lavash. It's a little more troublesome. But the cake has become prettier. It is not a shame to offer it to guests. The filling, sauce and pita bread can be made in advance, and the pie is assembled just before baking.
I often use frozen mushrooms. I do not drain the juice released after roasting. The filling will be juicier and the pie tastier.
You can add mashed potatoes to the filling. It will turn out even more satisfying.

Lena! How delicious! Well done! It looks like lasagna, only without the tomato. Tell me, if you do the "Kasha", the pressure is gaining?
Shelena
Natasha, Thank you!
This is a very lazy "lasagna". I came up with it for myself, because I don’t like tomato sauce, and I don’t want to make complex sauces. With this it is very tasty and not greasy.
The pressure on the "Kasha" is not gained. But! Some mysterious processes are taking place. (There is something hissing in the pan, puffing, sometimes it feels like this pressure is building up.)
As a result, many baked goods turn out faster and more fluffy in this setting. (Look at the photo, where the cake is right after baking. It even lifted up like a dome. On the "Pastry" program I did not observe such a thing.)
tysia
Thank you interesting. Today I was going to bake a manna in a cartoon, but now I'll try it in a pressure cooker on Kasha.

Hi Lena!
Very nice cake and it is clear that it is delicious! And the recipe is very valuable.
I make a pancake cake like, everyone loves it. But the pancakes must be baked. Great tortillas idea! Well this can be pita bread, and tortilla, and various others (we have a lot of them). And, in the end, puff cakes, ready-made and not! How could I not have guessed before !?
Thank you very much!
Shelena
tysia, try, of course. I bake some pies on "Porridge" (I will expose recipes later). For manna only, reduce heat to 1.
Good luck!

Shelena
kisuri , good day!
Thanks for the kind words! I am very pleased that you have picked up and developed the idea. A creative person is immediately visible!
Indeed, while you bake pancakes, it's not up to the pie. And with lavash it is faster and not so high in calories.
Imagine and cook goodies!

This is yeah! I have no words, Len! Thank you! Such beauty, and most importantly - simplicity! I'll bake tomorrow. Unsubscribe later.

Lena, these are the most correct words !!! Thank you!!!
Making the cake is easy and the result is always great. No need to worry: will the dough rise, will it bake?
For me, this recipe is a lifesaver.
I will be waiting for your pie!

Well, it turns out that the temperature is 105-110 degrees, not too little for baking?
Shelena
Natasha, when choosing the pressure for the "Porridge" mode, I am guided by the "Baking" mode. If I use d = 1 there, then I set d = 1 here too. Usually it works.
Mannik baked on "Pastry" with d = 1, so she advised the same for the "Porridge" mode. It is difficult to predict how your manna will behave. I often experiment and even take risks (with the test). (The results are very interesting)
I can also suggest putting a rug or baking paper on the bottom and then set the "pressure" higher.

Lenusyaaaaa! This is something! Yesterday I baked. My heart sensed that I was not messing around in vain. I have a nose for such a weight. Listen, well, I suspected, of course, that it would be very tasty ... but SO !!! And a tiny pinch of Provencal herbs (instead of seasoning) in the filling made the taste truly exquisite! I cooked in a Bork multicooker on baked goods.I'll jump right now to the girls in Bork, drag your recipe and link to your page. Everyone should try it! Thank you, Lenus, you are just gold!

By the way, if anyone is interested, this pie does not have to be turned over to take it out of the bowl. It keeps its shape perfectly. I just picked him up with a bent spatula, tilted the bowl and he slipped out after the spatula, just landing on the plate with his ass. And one more observation: maybe only I succeeded, or maybe it should be so ... but the sides of the pita bread immediately after baking are crispy. I tried slicing a pie, but the lavash began to crumble. Therefore, I covered it with a large bowl for 10 minutes, the lavash softened a little and the pie was cut perfectly, and nothing was damaged. What a fine fellow I am! Ltd! How much I love to boast ...
Shelena
Lena, thanks for your observations and advice.
I also often take out without turning it over.

Dry edges were only when I cut pita bread in squares. When executed round, not dry. Possibly, the temperature of "Baking" in Bork is higher than in Brand and Polaris. And because of this, the sides are dry.
In your multicooker, you can try to shorten the cooking time and leave more sauce on the top layer.

Lenus, and this is not a problem at all. Well, think about 10 minutes under the bowl. At the same time, the juices "settled down". I liked everything so much that experiments are not needed. Chessword! Great recipe. Thanks again!
Shelena
Lena, I just always strive for excellence. Therefore, I suggested improvements.
But since everything is delicious, then, of course, nothing can be changed.

Shelena, and in the oven such a cake was not baked? How long does it take to bake it there? I recently bought new baking dishes made of heat-resistant ceramics, now I bake everything in them in the oven. Again - saving electricity ...
I think 30 minutes by 180 degrees is enough for the pie, everything is already ready in it

Lil, if you like, I can answer. First put it on your 30 minutes, and then just look - as the top turns brown, get it out. You can't brown her in a cartoon. Only, it seems to me, you don't need to blush too much, otherwise the lavash will dry out. I also want to try baking in the oven to make more. There should be a lot of such yummy!
lillay
Elena Tim, Thank you! We will bake in the oven, especially since my shape is rectangular, the edges can not be cut off, more will turn out
Shelena
Lily, Elena, I did not make this pie in the oven. But, of course, you can try. I would just be sure to use the right shape, and not a baking sheet, so that the edges do not dry out ahead of time. The top would be covered with foil.
Since the filling was fried, the time would have chosen from 25 minutes at 170 degrees. (Focus on the height of the cake.) About 5 minutes before the end of baking, the foil would be removed.
I suppose that in the oven the pie can turn out to be a little drier than in the MV. Therefore, ElenaYou are absolutely right - you need to keep an eye on the baking.
Lilyif you cook in the oven, please share with us the result. Good luck!

Hi, Lenochka and all-all-all!
I baked a pie in the oven. Approximately 30 minutes at 180 *.
Lavash pie with meat and mushrooms in a pressure cooker Polaris 0305

Used tortillas, ready-made corn tortillas. Minced meat - chicken and beef. As I saw your recipe, I immediately liked the idea of using different ready-made tortillas. The pie turned out - SUPER !!! Firstly, time saving with ready-made flat cakes! Secondly, minced meat slightly fried and then baked in a pie is much tastier and juicier than minced meat from boiled meat, as I did before.
I will try other cakes.
Thank you so much for such a valuable recipe !!!

Ira, good evening!
What a handsome man you have turned out! Just a lovely sight !!! Rosy! Juicy!
Thanks for the idea to use corn tortillas.
Slightly fried minced meat is delicious in other casseroles. Boiled meat, in my opinion, requires sauce, otherwise it will be dry.

Yes, they immediately came to my mind. They are already round, neat, it is convenient. And they have their own taste, like everything "corn". Try it!

Yes, exactly, exactly! Pour a cup of broth into the boiled meat so that it does not crumble. No, it is also tasty, tender. But this is different, somehow juicier, tastier! I ate the cake myself! It reminded me of the kubite cake that my father's friend's mom baked, she was Greek. Also meat, puff! All my life I've been looking for something similar, and this cake is similar!
In short, whoever does not bake - quickly to the kitchen!
And on you.
Shelena
Irochka, thanks for the interesting new comparison of this cake. I never thought it could be like a Greek pie! I'll tell mine.
Yesterday my peasants in the store looked at me with hope - whether I would buy lavash. Passed by. I heard heavy sighs behind me.
Such lovers of this cake that they require 2 to be done at once, referring to a sufficient number of helper units. I will delight them in the New Year holidays.

I don't like to cook the same thing !!! I need to create something new. And these conservatives need the same favorite dishes every day: "Olivier", "Herring under a fur coat", liver clearing, lavash pie, dumplings, etc. primitive dishes.

Oh, don't tell me, Lenus! I recently got to the bottom of my husband, they say, what do you need to make from sweets, Berlin pies or maybe a Prague cake? Answer: "Darling, I don't want anything Berlin or Prague! I want an ordinary ... Russian ... CAT-LE-TOU !!!". Yes, both laughed tears. So, sometimes all fantasies are chopped off at the root!
