Cuban chicken

Ingredients

a hen 500 gr.
Orange juice from one orange
lemon juice 2 tbsp. l.
grated ginger 1 cm
garlic 4 cloves
cilantro (I have dill) bundle
chilli 1 tsp
cumin (do not use) 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • 1. First, marinate the chicken,
  • Cuban chicken
  • cut cilantro (dill), garlic
  • Cuban chicken
  • Squeeze the juice of orange, lemon, ginger (I have it in the form of a seasoning), add garlic, dill, spread the chicken, salt (instead of salt, you can add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce), pepper
  • Cuban chicken
  • 2. Turn on the heating and forget about the chicken for at least 30 minutes. Of course, you can marinate the chicken in a separate bowl and leave it in the refrigerator overnight, but I'm used to it. And the dishes are clean and you don't have to strain in the evening
  • 6. Cooking the chicken: turn on the Baking program. Time: 20 minutes. After 10 minutes of baking, check the chicken, if the juice boils away - the chicken may burn, and at the same time turn over the pieces
  • 7. Decorate with herbs and serve. Bon Appetit!
