Note

By the way, the photo shows the cutting board on which the cartoon is based on top of the gas stove.

Take a picture on a plate, fool, did not guess.
And there was practically no time for reflection. The fish disappeared very quickly.

Class! And what is the temperature of "Multipovar"?

Something like 105-110. That is, so that the pressure rises, but not much (so as not to boil the fish), and so that at the end, when the pressure is suddenly released (when the valve is opened), it does not spray the kitchen.

God be with you! Why would she splash the kitchen? What, in fact, to sprinkle something? As much as I cook, nothing flew out of the valve. Once only the milk porridge ran out through the condensation tray. But here it’s only my fault. Have you already had spattering precedents?
P.S. Thanks for the recipe. Everything is very simple and fast!

Helen, for many years I have been cooking fish (and other dishes) in what I call a "frying pan" (a deep frying pan with a pressure cooker lid).
All ingredients in this dish give off a lot of liquid. And, with a sharp drop in pressure, the liquid boils sharply and violently, with all the ensuing (literally) consequences.
Therefore, they warn: - "Do not fill to the top!"

Actually, if no one has carefully read the recipes - "With fish you need to make three" Ps ": salt, pepper and acidify."
If a respected woman sees for the first time a recipe in which tomatoes are placed on top of fish, I will have to doubt your culinary experience. Excuse me.
This is pure acidification. And on how much you need to acidify the fish during cooking (do not forget about the lemon at the beginning) put so many tomatoes.

Andrei, an interesting way to cook fish Thank you!
Girls, and on our auto-route the Fish can just ride this?

Yes, easily! Only here in the recipe the fish is cooked for 20 minutes, and the auto-program takes 30 minutes

30 minutes....
The main thing is not to dry out. That is, if the fish is cooked longer than it needs to be, then it will become dry and not tasty.
And what kind of auto-program "Fish", in the 701st it seems to be absent.
And in general, we are more and more inclined to take the usual proportions when cooking, just take into account the modes with and without pressure.

Yes, at 700 there is such a program, so far I've only made fat trout with steaks and medallions on it - both in the bowl and on the wire rack. Never dry, it turns out very tasty!
I don’t know about the shark, I haven’t eaten this predator yet, I only photographed it in the Maldives

That's for sure! I don’t know about the Maldives, but in Moscow, for example, it’s better to take a katran if you get it. This is really a delicacy! Also, if caught - hammerhead, mako or fox. They say that the blue shark is also very edible. But! If you don't know what kind of species you are buying, you can run into it like that ... Several years ago we were visiting friends at the dacha. So, they were "lucky" to get some shark meat of an unknown "breed" somewhere. People, that was something! It looks so beautiful ... they made the simplest marinade: pepper, olive oil and a little lemon juice. Well, on the grill her. God! What a disgusting thing! Dry, salted dust. Although salt was not added at all. Come on, just dry and salty, would go to beer, as a last resort, and the taste is indescribable rubbish. In general, the summary: you need to know exactly which shark you are buying and which species is more suitable for a certain heat treatment. Your katran, Andrey is universal. It is good everywhere - in kebabs and in gravy. I bookmark the recipe. Thank you!

Rather, you were sold, really "TRUCK". When choosing fish in a store, you need not only eyes, but also a nose (sniff) and brains (figure out how you can bring this fish here and how many times to defrost it).

Happy for you, Lenochka!

Have you ever been a kitty in your previous lives? To smell the fish like that.
Or dad is an excellent fisherman.

(My dad has a fisherman (he was, the kingdom of heaven), so she sees fish with her eyes - this is fresh, and this is old.
The peasants "try to prove themselves", and she - "I can see."

I usually answer the question with the same words: "What makes you think that she is somehow not like that?" - "I see!"
