Berry cake (multicooker Redmond RMC-01)

Ingredients

Wheat flour 200 ml
Sugar 90-100 ml
Berry puree 150 ml
Vegetable oil 2-2.5 st. l.
Soda 1/4 h. l.

Cooking method

  • I thought, thought, whether to spread this cupcake with a recipe. I have baked something like this here, but not on berry puree or in Redmond RMC-01.
  • So, I decided to post it ... Suddenly, someone will come in handy
  • It is better to take juicy berry puree. If it is thick, then it can be slightly diluted with juice, milk or just water (usually I add about 50 ml of liquid).
  • And also ... you can (and even better) take mashed potatoes that have begun to ferment slightly - a great way to dispose of berries and berry puree that have not been followed.
  • Knead the dough (add baking soda last before baking). The consistency should be a regular muffin dough.
  • If the berry puree turns out to be thick, you can add more liquid to the dough (the main thing is not to overdo it, otherwise it will be badly baked and may even become dull).
  • I greased the bowl with vegetable oil, but better with butter (on vegetable oil, the muffin slightly grabbed onto the bowl, however, I did not observe this in other multicooker).
  • Pour / put the dough into a bowl.
  • Berry cake (multicooker Redmond RMC-01)
  • Baking mode 1 hour 20 minutes.

  • Cupcake rises very well, becomes loose and tender.

  • Baked on different berries.
  • Strawberry puree makes cupcakes with a breathtaking aroma.
  • Redcurrant puree makes a brighter muffin, but not as aromatic as strawberry. It is better to grind currant, gooseberry, etc. mashed potatoes through a sieve so that there are no seeds.
  • This muffin is made with currant puree.

Note

I came to add a note about soda (otherwise one girl had a failed experiment with this cupcake). If the berries are very sour, then soda can be added more than 1/4 hour. l., but not more than 1/2 h. l. - a violent loosening reaction is provided

Wonderful cake! Is the berry grated with sugar suitable for him? I ice this for the winter, I have a lot of it.
Tumanchik
Bookmarked it! Thank you.

Of course, thawing it will do and adjust the sweetness of the dough to taste, and there will be a yummy

What a black one! And go for yummy food!
And I want to try it with cherry puree, it will probably also be delicious ...
Manna
Oh, it must be delicious with cherries
Vasilica
MannochkaWhat are your cute cupcakes! And most importantly, easy to prepare - I love that. Only I didn't understand about mashed potatoes, please explain. Is it a ready-made puree like baby food or freshly mashed? I have some plum jam, okay?

Oh, I wanted to thank, but they told me that I can't change my karma ... oh, I can't (how long have we had such words ?, like it was different before)

Puree - I meant homemade, but you can also baby ... why not? Plum jam is also possible, but if it is not liquid, then it will need to be liquefied.
Vasilica
Thank you! I also have a watery jam, I just stewed the plum with sugar in a cartoon, and then punched it with a blender. Specially for soaking cupcakes. So I can, then I will definitely try one of these days.
Manna
Then I'm waiting for impressions
Manna
I baked this cupcake back in Brand 37501.

I also brought a cupcake from Brand 37501, red-currant. The bright color of the cupcake is clearly visible here.

Baked on cherry puree. This is sooo delicious. Thanks again!
Manna
Check mark, I am so glad that I liked the cupcake. Such a ruddy, beautiful And it turned out not porous, or is this photograph not so accurate?
gala10
No, it's porous, very good, and the photo is bad. I saw it when I downloaded it. And there was nothing to photograph again ... Tomorrow I will bake on strawberry puree.
This muffin has one very major drawback: it does not live long ... It is eaten instantly ...
Thanks again!
It's amazing to me that you can bake a cupcake without eggs!
Manna
Oh, how good, otherwise I was already scared, why did not he bubble
Yeah, he is swept away in an instant
gala10
I want to try to make separate small cupcakes tomorrow. Probably, it will be necessary to double the portion.
Mannochka, and you have all the recipes without eggs?
Manna
Yes, Check mark, almost everything (there is a couple with eggs). I don’t bake on eggs and don’t use them at all. I cook them only for my husband. I don't eat an animal, except milk. Look at my other cupcakes. Try what you like.
gala10
Yeah, already gone ...
Well, I looked, it looks like I will borrow a lot from you ...
Thank you for your hard work and for sharing recipes so generously!

Thanks a lot for the recipe. Was provided with different variations. And as a cupcake and as a base for cakes.
Manna
Tatyana, I am very glad that you liked the recipe! I also really love these cupcakes And they go great for cakes on cakes
Tancha
And the most important thing is that it is also diethical.
Manna
Oh yeah! This is especially true on New Years.
Samarochka
Rather, you need to buy a slow cooker !!!!!!!!!!!!!
Manna
So ... what's the deal? In general ... this muffin can be baked in the oven
Samarochka
Manna, I bake a lot in the oven, often. Gas oven, very "temperamental" [infection] unattended in any way !!!!!! ... So I'm studying recipes for a future multicooker. Dreaming about Redmond 250
Manna
Alyona, well, since you are dreaming, and even collecting recipes, it means that you will definitely have a multicooker
VeroNika82
Tell me please. I have a lot of frozen berries. Is it possible to make mashed potatoes from them in some way? If so, share your experience on how to do this?
gala10
VeroNika82, I did this: I defrosted the berries and - with a blender. And that's it !!!
Manna
Yes, that's right. Just puree the defrosted berries with a blender.
VeroNika82
Thank you, but I thought that I needed to add something else or do some heat treatment. It turns out that all ingenious is simple.
Manna
Heat treatment is only needed to preserve the puree, and this is not required to use it.
Crochet
Mannochka, and you did not bake this cupcake on baking powder?

Almost always and everywhere I replace soda with baking powder, my soda is felt everywhere ...

I wanted to replace soda with baking powder here too, but ... well, as a result, it will be distorted ...

I don't even know, to replace - not to replace ...

this muffin can be baked in the oven

Mannochka, but you will not orient on time?

I remember about a dry speck ...

Or did you not bake in the oven?
Manna
Tiny, I did not bake this cupcake either on baking powder or in the oven. Therefore, I will not orientate it in time, and I cannot say for the result on the baking powder. Baking powder - the same soda + lemon. And the acid in this cake is more than enough. Do you think the soda will be felt? I always sift the soda so that there are no lumps or grains, so that it will work all over. I don't even know what to advise you on soda / baking powder. If your homemade soda can't stand it at all (although it shouldn't be felt in such a cupcake - there is too much acid in it), bake it on baking powder. I think that this should not affect the result very strongly.
Crochet
Mannochka, thank you, dear !!!

I decided to do the following: today I’ll bake in soda, naturally, not a gu-gu, and if they declassify me - then I’ll try it on baking powder ...
Manna
Tiny, it seems to me that they should not smell the soda - it will all work in such an amount of acid from the berries. You must sift it most importantly. Well, the volume is more than 1/2 hour. l. do not add.
Manna
Today I baked mini-muffins (strawberry) in a sandwich maker Steba SG40

The muffins are quite dense due to the limited rise of the dough.
Cupcakes like this are handy for sweet breadwort.

Manna, I have my thanks!
Great recipe - quick and easy, no frills.
Made in a churrosmaker - coincided with the presence of strawberries (there was one, a summer cottage) and the appearance of a new toy.
It turned out not very neatly: for the first time I held the device in my hands - you need, of course, to adapt deftly to spread the dough, it was not possible to make the dough exactly according to the recipe - the berries were already mashed with sugar (and I always need everything exactly in grams), I mixed everything very quickly , laid out with a spoon in a churrosmaker - baked in preheated for 3-4 minutes. At first it seemed that they were not baked - but then they "got". The crust is crispy, they are soft, a little moist, but this seems to be due to the fact that the dough was laid out right with a slide - you need to put less, it increases so much during baking (the lid was lifted and got out a little from the edge). I laid out the remaining couple of spoons of dough without a slide - it turned out drier and more airy. From this amount of products, two full bookmarks and a couple of spoons turned out - perhaps you can stretch it over three bookmarks.
Thanks again for a delicious recipe that mixes quickly, bakes quickly and eats quickly.

Manna
Mrs. Addams, I'm very glad that the recipe came in handy! Churrosiki are wonderful! Very appetizing! And this dough is very well prodded, you need to put it less
Mrs. Addams
Manna, Thank you! Yes, I'll take into account the dough!
