Ground hazelnuts 100 g
Raisins 40 g
Sugar 50 g
Sesame for sprinkling

Cooking method

  • Melt the butter and grease the dough sheets with it. Combine chopped nuts with raisins and sugar (if the raisins are dry, I recommend sprinkling them with water and liquor and placing them in the microwave for half a minute). Cut the dough into squares with a side of ~ 10 cm. To make cigars, it is very convenient to use the device for rolling dolma and cabbage rolls.
