Sauerkraut bigos with meatballs in the Bork U700 multicooker

Ingredients

Sauerkraut 800-1000gr
Rast. oil 3 tbsp. spoons
Onion 1 PC.
Carrot 1 PC.
Potato 3 pcs.
Round grain rice 3/4 multi-glass
Tomatoes 3 pcs.
Bell pepper 1-2 pcs
Minced meat 500gr.
Egg 1 PC.
Dried garlic 0.5 tsp
Dried greens (dill, parsley) 0.5 tsp
Salt pepper
Fresh herbs (dill, parsley) half the beam

Cooking method

  • This dish, of course, is simple, but surprisingly tasty!
  • So, we will only fry cabbage. First, you need to squeeze it and cut it into several pieces on a board to make it shorter, otherwise it will be difficult to mix it. Turn on the "Oven" level 3. Pour vegetable oil into the bowl and add a small piece of butter, for taste. Place the cabbage and fry it lightly. Moreover, the less often we stir it, the faster it browns. You don't need to fry too much, we only need a light aroma. It took me 8 minutes. Turn off the "oven".

  • We cut all the vegetables as you like, you can cut them as large as possible, except, perhaps, carrots. It can either be chopped into strips or grated on a coarse grater. Everything that has been cut and grated is sent to the cartoon. And the washed rice is too much. Add 1 teaspoon of salt (without a slide), pepper a little, mix everything and pour boiling water just below the level of vegetables. I only had half a multi-glass of rice, so there was a lot, a lot of juice in the finished dish. But it turned out to be even a plus.

  • Add an egg, dried garlic, dried herbs, 0.5 teaspoons of salt and a little black pepper to the minced meat. While we stir it, it absorbs all the moisture and allows the meatballs to roll safely. I made them quite large - a little smaller than a ping pong ball. We put them on vegetables.

  • Close the cartoon and turn on the "Extinguish" mode. It takes 40 minutes. At the end of the program, add coarsely chopped greens to our bigos, mix and take out the bowl from the multi so that the greens do not steam any further. You need to salt more. Everything turns out in moderation there.

  • That's it, bigos is ready! Bon Appetit!

Yes, Light, it's not difficult at all! When laziness rolls over me, I cook such dishes!
Natalyushka
Or without meat - an excellent lean dish

In Germany, stewed sauerkraut is often offered to the baked shank.

Of course, Natasha! I think so too. Everyone chooses their own option for themselves.

What an interesting thing appeared here
There is just a cabbage, but I never fried it. I threw it in the soup, yes, but I did not fry it) I really don't fry a lot at all ..
So let's try
Thanks for the recipe, Lenus!
(only the husband and son will have to be kicked out of the kitchen for everyone, so that they don't spy on and ask unnecessary questions)

To your health, Irish! You know, I even fry sauerkraut for soup. Not much, of course, but decently so. And God himself ordered the bigos. In the cartoon, I cooked it for the first time. I liked the result sooo much!
Natalia2409
Lena, you are great! I took it to KK! Thank you

Thank you Natasha! And to your health!
Natalyushka
And again I return to your recipe, last time it turned out very tasty, thanks again for the recipe
Elena Tim
To your health, Natul! I am very glad that I like it! I'm going to cook it myself one of these days. Painfully, the cartoon is convenient!
Baby MJ
Today, Lena, made bigos according to this recipe. Inexpressible taste !!!! I think a lot because of the pre-roasting of the cabbage in the oven. The only thing I changed was that I put the meatballs not home-made, but "Ikeevskie" ones, well, they lay in the freezer ((((((but they do not fall apart when stewing)) In general, the husband and children carried in their arms, washed all the dishes , happy They say how else to help you, mommy: lol: And I, who just fed you to full)) Cartoon is super !!!!!!!! And you, Lena, thank you very much
Elena Tim
Wow! How nice oooo!
I am very glad that I liked the bigos! Thank you, Svetik, for such a warm review!
I adore the cartoon itself! No fuss, but the result is yummy!
Miss Raspberry
Elena Tim, tell me, do we fry the cabbage first in a conventional oven?
Elena Tim
Quote: Miss Raspberry
fry cabbage first in a regular oven?
Yes, nooo, Maria, this multicooker has an "Oven" mode, which has three levels of heating intensity. The third is the "hottest" and fries everything very quickly.
Miss Raspberry
Elena Tim, and if my cartoon does not have the "oven" mode, how can I replace it?
Elena Tim
Choose any you can fry on. For example, in some cartoons they are fried on the "Pastry", and there are those in which there is a "Toasting" program.
Miss Raspberry
Elena, I have a cartoon Brand 37501, there are both "pastries" and "frying" vegetables, fish, meat. Which program do you think is better?
Elena Tim
The question is, of course, interesting ...
I have never had Brandik ... but you probably paid attention to which mode the heating intensity is higher? Here on it and fry.
Or maybe there is a temperature table in the instructions?
Miss Raspberry

Of course have. Baking - 140, frying from 120 to 180, well, manual, too, up to 180. As I understood, I need the hottest 180 or is it very strong?
Elena Tim

It will go! I finally have: either 210C, or 230C!
Just do not stir often, otherwise it will fry for six months. There you need to brown on at least one side - for the scent.
Miss Raspberry
Helen! Thank you! Let's do a report from me. Sorry for the obsession, just a very hottsa to make it tasty.
Elena Tim
Yes laaad! What kind of obsession are you? Well, that's why we're sitting here, shob ... tryndet!
Ask, do not hesitate, I will be happy to answer all your questions!
Rusalca
Oh! And how did I miss such a treat?
I cook something similar, only with chicken and sauerkraut in half with fresh. Delicious too!
Thank you, Lenochka! Bookmarked!
Elena Tim
Oh, yes, no, Anh!
I finally love any cabbage, just like a goat!

Miss Raspberry
Elena Tim, so I made your dish. Thanks for the recipe! Take a photo report, I did it without greenery, I was not at home, but I didn't want to go to the store.

Elena Tim
Maria, So, do you like it?
You have everything separately, everything is cultural-cultural: bigos separately, meatballs separately.
Miss Raspberry
Elena, my husband and I are, but not the children. They said: sour. Although the cabbage was washed with water. They are fastidious, so my husband and I can eat the bigos together.

no children. They said: sour.
Then bigos can be easily prepared from fresh cabbage. And there will be no acid. I love it so and so!
Trishka
Elena Tim, Len, and Len Mona, I'll pop up to you, eh?
I have a current Mv Panasonic, and in it half or not.
It kind of fries in it, but how much?
Or maybe it's better to fry the cabbage in a frying pan, and then in the cartoon?
Thank you!
Elena Tim
Oh, Ksyusha, I'm sorry, I just saw your post.
Yes, cook in Panasika, what's the difference! You put the cabbage and do not touch, do not stir, let it grab from below. Then you will peek, if it is reddened, turn it over and let it brown again. All! We don't need deep fried or evenly fried cabbage, we just need the "fried" flavor. So, in Panasonic it will work out fine, do not worry!
Trishka
Elena Tim, Lenus!
I .
Trishka
Lenushka, I cooked it!
Very tasty, simple, unblemished, in short for me, a great hard worker!
Current must be followed. just to work on beauty, my shaitan machine is probably not so powerful, and I cooked the mustache not for 40 minutes, but as much as 1.30 on stewing.
And you see from the photo. everything turned out to be sloppy.
I think next. once either on baking from beginning to end, or I will slightly boil the potatoes ....
Thank you for the goodies from me, and from my gavrikov.

Elena Tim
Wow! Ksun, is it you have potatoes, or what, didn’t want to cook for so long?
Trishka
Yeah, I didn't want to at all, what a harmful one.
Elena Tim
I have never even encountered such a thing, Ksyusha, I don't even know what to advise ... But you yourself decided to boil the potatoes a little at first. Perhaps this is the way out.
But the most important thing is that you liked the recipe, and you will adjust the rest in the course of the play!
Trishka

Lenochka, take the report:
Sauerkraut bigos with meatballs in the Bork U700 multicooker
Made in Shteba. Fry mode + Meat mode 20 minutes, pressure 0.7.
Added fresh cabbage.
It's soooo delicious! Thank you very much, I will repeat it without fail.
Elena Tim
Galyun, thank you, my dear! I am very pleased that you liked it!
Listen, you didn't add rice or potatoes, or what? Or I just don't see them in the photo?
gala10
Helen, no, she didn't. Today was a "clean" experiment. I have never made anything like this with sauerkraut before. Next time I will do it with rice. But I’m unlikely to add potatoes. I love it separately, I never even put it in soup or borscht. But I will definitely repeat this dish! Thank you very much again.
Elena Tim
Oh, you don’t mind!
To your health, dear!
Marina22
Elena Tim, I thank you for the recipe
