I got this meat grinder yesterday. All with her, beautiful and clever. While I was spinning the minced meat on cutlets, I was happy like crazy. Yes, that's bad luck. After use I cannot unscrew the nut # 20. This is the one that holds the grate in place. Maybe someone faced a similar problem?

Update records on the next. day.

How is it treated.
It was advised to heat the removable metal part together with the screw and nut in boiling water.
1. I put it in a saucepan with boiling water.
2. Boiled for about 5 minutes.
3. Put on cotton gloves, rubber household gloves on top.
4. I took out the part and unscrewed the nut !!! Profit.

What was inside? Large long vein that has jammed the threads.
I hope the advice will be useful to someone else.

Now I was twisting more meat, and more often I turned on "Reverse" (reverse) so that the veins would not get stuck. This advice was also given.

In general, the meat grinder has rehabilitated itself. I love her dearly.
Now there are only small works for manual work

I also bought this meat grinder in Okey for a special offer in St. Petersburg. I'm very happy! I collected, twisted the meat, washed it and put everything back - and all this in 10 minutes! I liked that it is compact and that all the attachments are hidden inside the case!
Only I had a joke with her - the first time, when I twisted the meat, I inserted the knives with the wrong side, and the meat was not chopped, but squeezed out through the grates. I was terribly upset that I bought this meat grinder. After 2 days, on the advice of my mother-in-law, I put the knives in a different way: with the blade to the grate and the meat twisted instantly, I didn't even have time to push it !!! So she worked for me, too, not without incident!

How is it - blade to the bars?
Don't you need a blade to the meat? The seller explained this to me at the demonstration.
The flat side to the wire rack, the embossed (blades) to the meat.
Everything crawls out perfectly.

By the way, in the Soviet meat grinder, the assembly is carried out according to the same scheme.

I'll try to turn the knife over and see what happens. If you don't like it, I'll return it as it was.

The next call I have a sausage in "white-sided", the minced meat will be done in a new "Vitka".

PS By the way, I hid parts in the storage compartment, one part is stubbornly not mounted. Or remove the pusher, or the sausage attachment. It is a pity that the instructions do not contain a picture with a scheme for storing parts. I’m probably putting something in the wrong place.

If you are satisfied with the result, then everything was set correctly. Maybe I didn't explain how to insert it? When I inserted it incorrectly, the minced meat was really squeezed out, it was immediately clear that something was wrong with the meat grinder. It's good that I didn't overheat and didn't shut down ...

The second time I succeeded in inserting: put the pusher vertically into a special hole, and the sausage attachment sideways ... Probably she explained it incomprehensibly, can she insert a photo?

And when I put the sausage attachment sideways, it prevents the compartment lid from closing.
Maybe I packed something wrong before that?

I want a picture !!!
And with a sequence of 1-2-3 ... what to lay for what.
Mom at first grumbled about what I bought, now she calls me and says: I saw an advertisement for your "Vitka", good one.

Today I tried to turn the knife over, it buzzed strangely, but the minced fish went. The speed was slow. Turned it off, returned it as it was - it turns perfectly.
It means that it was right as I did at the beginning.

Elena, thank you so much!

I realized what my mistake was. I assembled a "leg" with a lattice and a nut screwed on, but it turns out that they need to be stored separately. And the "kebbe" shoved just where the nut should lie. Because of this, everything else did not fit properly.

And what was made of minced fish? I would also like to indulge in a meat grinder ...

Oh, wow! That's why I liked her outwardly. "From the city of Paris" (c).
Mine, by the way, came from Malaysia (country of manufacture).

So so. I ran the cod cuttings. Onion. White salt-pepper (I love it with fish). Egg.
Beat the minced meat in a bowl. I didn't add any rolls or flour.
I rolled the cutlets in the breading mixture and fried.

My homemade people eat them not only with a side dish on a plate, but also just like pies, thanks to the breading.

Thank you, we also need to diversify the menu with such cutlets!
Moratty
Now I'm wondering how is she making noise? My grinder is old, buzzing like crazy.
Elena_aga
Moratty, not very noisy, in moderation. I twisted the minced meat with the door closed to the kitchen. The room was inaudible.
mur_myau
Moratty,
Low noise.
Well, this is it, maybe it's still new. Didn't make a noise.
And the suction cups on the bottom reduce vibration and noise.

Love her. aaaaaaa.)) Sorry for the emotions. Where she used to be, beautiful grinder. And most importantly, you do not need to look for nozzles and get them out of the box.

I bought a redmond combine on the same principle, so that EVERYTHING WAS INSIDE.
HelenSbt
Good day!
Became the owner of this meat grinder. Very nra!
But here the question arose, maybe someone was also puzzled: when assembling for sausages, a grate with small holes is installed (according to the instructions), but if I stuff the coarsely chopped nadot?
None?
mur_myau
HelenSbt,
Congratulations! Good meat grinder.
With pre-chopped meat, why? Like, do kupatas?
I have not tried without a grill. Once I just made sausages with a ready-made gelatinous shell. This was the end of my sausage experience.
mur_myau
PS About the noise (asked before).
I use a meat grinder a lot, everything works just as quietly. Three months running of the device.
Let's see what will happen next.
HelenSbt
Well, without a lattice it will not work ... on assembly - all the insides will fall out. The instructions say a grid with small holes. But I'm probably going to swing at the big ones. Today I made sausages (on a shallow one) - of course - cool! and the sausage is even, and it takes much less time (there is nothing in the funnel from the bottle either, but technology is our everything!). On shallow, the finished sausage turns out to be homogeneous. And I would probably like it in pieces, like a barbecue. In extreme cases - by hand, through a meat grinder attachment.

For her sake, a meat grinder was bought.)))
Oh ... I just bought a shaker once just because I liked the spoon-strainer from it.

And how is it through a bottle?
HelenSbt
A funnel is cut from a suitable (or available) plastic bottle. Well, the suitable one is differently better than any other. There are beer bottles - there is a long, but rather narrow neck. In my case - a bottle of Coca-Cola 2L. Nothing. I did it. Apparently all this was needed to: "Feel the difference!"
AnastasiaK
Oh, how to open it? I bought my Wishlist today: at - a meat grinder, while I was paying, my husband checked it on control. I did not see. And now I'm sitting at home alone and can't figure out how to peel off the lid? I'm afraid to break even without using it. Push, pull? Just like a fox and grapes.
HelenSbt
There is such a pimp with an arrow - here it is, in the direction of the arrow, press and raise. At first, I was also tight, and was also afraid to break. I opened it for the first time, I was already sweating with nerves. Go ahead!
AnastasiaK
Uvse, I learned. A brave husband came, pressed, opened, understood. Indeed, at first it snaps tightly, and the pimple is fragile. In the absence of meat at home (well, there was no meat at all), they scrolled pollock onto cutlets. I've even fried them already. They did not have time to blink an eye. They added it, they determined the place of residence for the beauty. All nra.
mur_myau
The latch must be gently squeezed out, not pulled. And so, without letting go, you can pull the joint of the panel-door. If you are so afraid to break the latch. I do this, but my nails are strong.)))
And basically the head of the meat grinder is assembled and screwed, with a pusher. Often you don't have to open.
Over time, by the way, the latch began to open softer.
AnastasiaK
Yes, squeeze it out, but the plastic is somehow non-plastic, it seems fragile, I'll hook it with something for now. And it is a good idea to keep it collected, that is, ready to work at any time, especially the place that I have identified for it allows it.
Elena_aga
And I just like this meat grinder because all parts are stored inside and looks very neat from the outside, you can put it anywhere, it won't take up much space
mur_myau
Yesterday I saw a new modification of this meat grinder in the store. The set now also includes a grater vegetable cutter.
Who knows if this attachment can be purchased separately?

And new impressions.

I used a sausage attachment, for a thick shell it is normal, for a thin one - so-so, minced meat climbs too quickly. I bought a separate sausage syringe specifically for thin sausages.
The kubba attachment is useless for me. Who used it, tell us what its beauty is!

The lid for the nozzles has become easier to open over time. I put a piece of thick plastic film under the latch (like a package or a file for documents from tights). Then it is easier to open and the nails are more intact.

Good luck to everyone, I recommend this meat grinder. I use it very often.
