Tell me, I have a PMM Ardo LS 9205 E. I bought it in February this year, I rarely use it. Today she loaded it, she took water, clicked and is silent. I turned it off and turned it on again, it drained the water, dialed again and stopped again. Don't know what to do?
Jefry
Apparently, the pump is not working. Or sour from infrequent use, or somewhere it does not contaminate. In any case, it is better to contact the service while it is under warranty.
TaBas
We were today from the service center, some auxiliary motor burned out (my mother was at home, I didn't remember). They said they would order a new one at the factory and then call back within a month, so on New Year's Eve I will be without a dishwasher
OlenaS
Today I turned on the PMM, went to play with the child, when I returned - the machine does not work, the display does not light up. She stopped somewhere not in the middle of the washing program, I will not say more precisely, the dishes are not yet completely washed, all the water is at the bottom. The machine does not react to the on / off button in any way.
Machine - BEKO DFN 6837.

Tell me, please, what can it be.
The machine is still under warranty, bought a year ago. I'll contact the SC, but I wonder what the repair might cost ...
sazalexter
OlenaS It is difficult to say what is out of order, maybe the pump, or maybe the control unit. The control unit, a very common defect, is replaced with repair in a s / c 3-4 thousand rubles. They usually do not repair blocks Repair at a familiar electronics engineer (soldering the control unit board) 3 bottles of beer or 1 cognac or 1.5 thousand rubles (there may be options)

the machine does not work ...
Check, just in case, the state of the outlet, the machine may have tripped or the RCD (if any) or the contact was bad and something has burnt out ... Plug something else into the same outlet or PMM into another outlet ... And then it's a shame will be...
Boo Boo
Couldn't the leakage protection work?

Couldn't the leakage protection work?

I doubt it. In this case, the machine should show at least some signs of life. And it just does not turn on.
The sockets are checked - everything is working.
I sin on a voltage drop - this is not uncommon here, in fact, that's why I basically turn on the machine at night. But the washing machine has not yet reacted to the drops, and with the PMM this is very noticeable - if the voltage in the network is low (we sometimes have 160) or it jumps strongly, then it is immediately obvious by the quality of washing.
It seems to me that some electronics flew, something burned out.

And there was a funny story with leakage protection. Thanks to Jefry for the sensible comments on the forum, they helped to figure out what the problem really is. But then the machine tried to work from the moment at which it was "jammed". In general, until it dried out, it did not work.
And the summoned master from the SC fooled his head for several days We live outside the city, so with the call and arrival of masters, etc., there are some nuances.
So I don’t need this leakage protection function. If there were variants of machines, I would have bought it without it. There is no one else to fill in except for your kitchen, tiles are everywhere, you can collect a bucket of water
sazalexter
OlenaS When calling the master from the C / C, do not try to blurt out to him about the voltage drop, otherwise it will not immediately be a guarantee case.
OlenaS
I report after the master left: everything turned out to be not so scary, the on / off button of the machine itself burned out. While we were given a temporary version, instead of a button, a hole turned out. Replacement will be in a month or two, when the ordered part arrives. In cases of more serious breakdowns, spare parts can wait for six months.
This is how our service works "quickly" ...

So my machine is capricious, Bosch SRV 56A. Stopped in the middle of the program and bere ...resetting the program did not give anything - when I turn it on, it quietly clicks 3 times and does not collect water. The summoned master looked, unscrewed the panel at the bottom and delivered a verdict - the pump flew, pumping out water to the drain (in 07, the seal of the circulation pump was already changed, then water leaked into the pan and the aquastop machine stopped). And now this When asked, why did this pump suddenly break down ?, he said that something might have fallen, they say, they break very rarely. Here I had some questions .... what then do the filters in the bottom do? Why didn't you get anything in 5 years, but then suddenly it got hit? I clean the leftovers from the plates, but not ideally, I didn't think that they could interfere. Maybe it's easier for a master to fix a minor breakdown, and at the same time sell an expensive spare part? The most annoying thing is that now there is no hot water and there is no weekend in addition, that is, the amount of dirty dishes is greater, and the SC is resting. Well at least on Monday morning I promised to be.
Boo Boo
So my old woman was capricious. The upper spit does not rotate. Nothing gets in the way, the holes are not clogged. If you push it turns well. Maybe the pressure is not enough? What other reasons could there be?
torturesru
Most likely the tube leading to this rocker is clogged. the minimum flow of water would push it, you need to remove the rocker and look at its base.

There is one more problem why we have a lot of breakdowns - an extremely unstable power supply - somehow they measured it, it turns out a wild spread in frequencies and voltage, a day walked from 210 to 250 V and a frequency from 45 to 55 Hz, modern pumps have control microcircuits, those are do not like very much.
k.alena
Even after replacing the pump, the foreman said that something had hit, although he was very surprised. And I don’t sin on electricity, since the house is relatively new, repairs were made according to modern electricity requirements (there is a separate line for large consumers). Although .... for a day or two at night something happened to the network, and the machine went out during the day (I was not at home). Now one can only guess.
torturesru
This, unfortunately, is not a problem of the house or the wiring in it, but of our power grids, we initially have large fluctuations, except that a voltage stabilizer is installed in your apartment. But that something got there is very strange, there are two filters on the drain, nothing larger than a grain of sand will not get there, but it is harmless.

The other day I got stuck with a PMM. For 8 years I worked like a bee and that's such a misfortune. Something inside is buzzing, it seems like it works, but the water is not pouring. I removed the rocker arms, checked, everything is in order. I called the master. The service said that he had a lot of applications and the master will call me back in the coming days. It was the day before yesterday. In the evening of the same day, the son came and decided to check the connection to the water supply. The connection hose remained in his hands (the metal broke off). In the morning he climbed to unscrew the tap to buy a new one. The PMM and the washer were connected from the same water source through the collector. The manifold fell apart. The installers connected all this through silumin gizmos, and it's good that they fell apart in his hands when the water was blocked. In the evening, he brought in all the new parts and connected. Everything worked, without the arrival of the master, who has not contacted me yet.
Water did not come in, because the meshes on the solenoid valve (as the son called it) of the water supply to the PMM were completely clogged.
Question (I hope for answers from sazalexter and Jeffrey and other service providers). If it is no longer possible to put fine water filters in the apartment, then how often do you need to arrange prevention? If you suddenly need to replace this solenoid valve, is it possible? Does all PMM have an identical connection or does each manufacturer arrange such valves differently?
sazalexter
lega It seems to me that it will not hurt you to put a filter right in front of the PMM, it can be installed not only on an apartment, but also on a separate water consumer.
Replacing the valve is a rather expensive and dreary procedure!

Thanks for the answer. I’ll think how I can contrive to cram this filter. Washing, probably also through a filter? Or is it different there, because the manufacturer does not provide any box for connecting the CM?
sazalexter
lega "Box" is a leakage protection system. A filter in the washing machine is not required, but it will not be superfluous.

It was in this "box" that the son cleaned the filter screens and the water started to flow.

Jeffrey!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My car is buzzing at me !!! I sit in the kitchen, not bothering anyone ... And I hear a hum .. At first, I thought at the neighbors. Then I decided to check, pulled the PM out of the socket, and the hum disappeared ...

Let me remind you that I have a narrow built-in Bosch 55T13 ...

I don't plug it back in yet, I hope the glitch will go away with residual currents ...
Jefry
Oh, Hairpin, I'm on a business trip, I'm sitting under an expensive zhprs-ohm, but I must come to your aid! I hope nothing serious happened, but in order to make a diagnosis, you still have to plug her, darling, into the outlet again. I, too, suddenly, the machine began to wash badly and dried powder remains in the dispenser. Although the filter is clean and normal. This is probably due to increased solar activity, or the launch of the LHC ...
My typewriter at one time began to make a rattling sound during operation. It turned out - the bottom cover rumbles (you touch it with your hand - it dies down). What I just didn't put there - does not help. A more thorough investigation revealed a strange thing - my left hind leg of the PMM went up. And I, after all, regulated everything during installation! And the pallet skewed and, apparently, touched the pump. Hairpin, check that your car is firmly on your feet and stick it in!
Write about the results, and then we will think further! Good luck!
Hairpin
Jeffrey... she hummed at me ... OFF !!!

In the morning I plugged it in - everything is fine. Now launched.

Will be buzzing, check the legs!

Smack-smack-smack !!!

No, in that case, the legs are in order ... Maybe the leakage protection has worked? Well, a float with a contact in the pallet. In many machines, in this case, the drain pump immediately starts to work, even if the machine is turned off (but plugged into an outlet). So if the next time, if it suddenly growls, pull out the PMM and slightly tilt it forward. Good luck!

Again I ... It seems that nothing is buzzing, but ... It seems to me that the lower basket has become poorly washed. I see three options for the development of events:

1. It is necessary to clean the lower basket rocker;
2. It is necessary to clean the water supply filter;
3. It is not the car that needs to be repaired, but me ...

Troubles. The points.

1. Did anyone have any problems with the rocker?
2. Is there a filter?
3. And here there is nothing to help ...

lega
Hairpin, I, of course, have never been a repairman, but a few posts above, I also had problems with the PMM. And it also seemed to me that the car began to wash worse, until the moment it stopped washing at all. My son fixed it by cleaning the filter. I don’t presume to give advice, but by analogy with ordinary taps - I periodically unscrew and wash the mesh from the tap, and there is something to wash. And the machine was washing for 8 years without any cleaning of the filter, so the result was logical. The filter I'm talking about is at the junction of the water connection (I have this box in the nightstand under the sink).
Boo Boo
Hairpin,
1. There was such a machine, which is already 15 years old. There the holes were clogged with things like limescale in a teapot. I picked it out and that's it. So check the holes.
2. Most likely not, if there was not enough pressure, then it would not wash in the upper basket, because it is higher and it is more difficult to supply water there.
3. Also no.)))))
litichka80
Expensive time of day.
I have a ppm crown, probably two years. It became worse to wash the top, I just wash it twice or even three times. The rocker arms are spinning, mine is always on the first or second program. What could it be? They write in the book that I am not choosing a program for the most part, that I have to choose even more intensively, but where can I go!
Yes, by the way, I recently cleaned it with a product for ppm and washing machines, from which scale.
banava
Good evening. I have no comment, but maybe my experience will be useful to someone. The husband connected the machine, she washed for half an hour and turned off. It did not turn on, for the life of me, it blinks with one eye and that's it. It turned out that our voltage jumps (either the water pressure is low, or the voltage in the network is low - RUSSIA!). Less than 200 and the machine does not want to wash. Everything is more or less equalized by the hours of twelve at night, then I turn it on.
matroskin_kot
Guys, is it really possible to clean the drain pump in the boshe yourself? There was a master, said to change, well, he disappeared. The third day, no gu-gu. And he doesn't answer the phone ... Can I order it somewhere? If it is unrealistic to clean it, it seems like it is not separable ... People have lost the habit of washing their hands, a riot begins. Previously, I saw on the Internet a site for a spare parts store with a large selection, now - kill - I can not find it.
Luysia
matroskin_kot, and how old is your Boshik?

This is what I mean and when to wait.
matroskin_kot
Mine will be 4 in the fall, but we have it both in the tail and in the mane ... 2 full loads a day - this time, secondly, kids do not always clean fat from the plates, although the master said - this is all the time, that is, we are not alone ... Maybe it had to be cleaned with something, from fatty deposits, but I have never seen such a drug with us. The filters seemed to be regularly cleaned, those that you can get, the nozzles are clean, but where the drain hoses and the pump or the pump are, how is it right there? I was all afraid - electronics so as not to be covered - all this technique does not like drops, but it broke in another place.
Jefry
Maybe a PMM cleaner for starters? Or a couple of packs of citric acid and drive out the hottest cycle?
"Oh, these surgeons, they only need to cut something! I'll give you pills - your ears will fall off by themselves ..."
Changing the dishwasher due to a clogged pump? Change better "master"
matroskin_kot
She doesn't want to take water. On the rinse mode, I took it, but somehow it was sickly, and the main wash was not at all. I thought that the problem was in the water supply, but they say no. Tomorrow I will try to catch some master. Here with them, trouble ... This is not the first time, everything related to technology, turn off the light ... And the diesel will be repaired for you, and the computer, just hold on .. The machine has already been taken to the garage ... And there is water, like , as it is. Oh, I was, I was not, tomorrow I will try to rinse. The lemons in the house are overwhelmed ...
Jefry
M-m-m-in a moment! It turns out that I remembered the anegdot about the surgeon for a reason? It begins like this: "Doctor, my knees hurt! - Surgeon: Everything is clear, we will cut our ears!"
Does not collect water, but the drain pump clogged? You didn’t tell the "master" that everything was wrong with his head?
Either the inlet filter is corny clogged, or the ion exchanger is not banal (which I have frightened the ardent adherents of tablets with for so long)
matroskin_kot
Jefry, Sun, I hinted to the master that the water DOESN'T GET, but he said that it should be so. Aquastop dragged in From the same grief to me ... And he does not answer calls, maybe forgive me God, have you gone to the booze? Husband, he is in this technique, to put it mildly, not very. He can fix the car, well, swing a sledgehammer somewhere else, but where the electronics is ... And who is such an ion exchanger? I won't take this bandura to Krasnodar, I'd better wash it with my hands ... Yes, the pills are for us ... I won't be more ...
Water is not gaining, or rather, on the last program, it pounded a little with water, but on the main program, it only hisses, time is counting, the blades are spinning, but there is no water. There is some kind of filter on the supply hose, clean ... maybe there is somewhere else. And the ion exchanger is something with salt? Or not?
Jefry
Tax, calm, the main thing is calm! The picture clears up a bit! Once it hisses, it means that it turns on the heater without water. Most likely the water level sensor is clogged. Here just now sazalexter uploaded pictures (respect him and respect). It is difficult to clean it without disassembly, but it is worth trying. So, do this: turn on an empty machine (it is not necessary to connect to the water supply, the drain hose is in a basin), pour about 3 liters of water inside "waist-deep". Pour in a horse dose of citric acid (a couple of packs), and - on the "hottest" program. This procedure can be repeated several times.
Good luck! You will succeed!
Kalmykova
Oh, and I also recently broke Boshik. And also a drain pump. As changed, by the way, it's not expensive, it works like a clock. And he also refused to draw water on any program. And then the drain pump flew in the Boshik-washing machine. They also changed it. Maybe this is their weak point?
matroskin_kot
No, that weak point is near the water - every bend pours from the tap, well, at our masters - that's right .. (I hope that in Donetsk it's better with them). My dryer Boshevskaya was rolled around Sochi, yak a princess. She dried her trousers all over the service center. And the breakdown was never found. I came home, it dries ... Maybe a dishwasher ride around the area? And the pumps, they are all sorts, one-on-one is not necessary? Ariston's (in Magadan) three days later he broke. Changed - plows that year, TTT.
I thought that people here at least know a little about technology. And do not hope to put dust in your eyes, yes .. The sea, the sun .. Yes, the southerners will forgive me, hard workers ... It's just, in Ukraine, there was always a technical thought - wow !!! In Russia, unfortunately, this is only where science and defense are. And in Ukraine, the defense industry was almost everywhere .. Here on your fingers and you explain ... We also have spare parts to wait ... I tried to order something for the Boshevsky combine .. Well, they told me that this is impossible .. in words, i.e. I explain how the part looks, etc. - no, give the brand of the combine. Without this, you can't see anything on your computer. And I'm not at home, but driving by. I'm calling my mom. She, putting on glasses, reads from the nameplate by letter ... This kid is a master, proudly puffs out his cheeks and says, it's worth 2 thousand. ... But what about you, young man, but without a computer, but from memory, or what? Genius!!! "Well, yes, but what is it?" "And why did they fool my head if it was said that Bosch MUM, etc." And I suggested sticking a finger on your diagram ...
Well, I got mad and bought Kenwood ...
sazalexter
matroskin_kot On the forum, I really posted a photo, by filling PMM with bacon. I will not find
Testing the PMM begins just with the operation of the drain pump, if it does not work, the machine may not collect water. Non-collapsible parts DO NOT exist! If someone has assembled it, then you can also disassemble it. Another thing does not work for? Is he alive at all, or "burned out"? The pump must be flushed with alcohol or "Galoshes", observing safety !!!
Luysia
sazalexter, So for prevention, you need to regularly drive out the dishwasher with citric acid?
Jefry
Luysia, I have never cleaned mine in two years of operation. Lemon, by and large, should remove scale and calcium deposits. But where in modern PMMs scale can form, I have no idea. But fat can accumulate, which does not dissolve with a detergent. That's why I tied up the hoods in the dishwasher, because they still don't wash out to the end, and that nasty sticky substance that remains contaminates the whole machine. This is already a question for himichkethan you can dissolve insoluble fatty acids.
sazalexter
Luysia For prevention, you need to use specials. liquid for cleaning PMM.
DO NOT use tablets, and DO NOT save on dishwashing powder
matroskin_kot
Oh thank you boys. And how to pour that "Galosha" into the pump? To shoot, then, right?
So some kind of thing, such as a rocker, or something, does not walk freely, is responsible for the water level or for its set ... This is the master said, I remembered. I'll go to the garage and see ...

No, the type of rocker is an aquastop sensor. And the level sensor is a small round or rectangular box on the side of the pump and two or three thin wiring should go to it. It would be nice if it is screwed on with something, and not glued. Then you can unscrew it and clean the tiny hole with something like a match ...
matroskin_kot, maybe there is an opportunity to take pictures of the machine from below with the cover removed? Then it would be possible to advise something more specific.

I don't use pills, I use powder (formerly Calgonit, now only Domol). But I bought cleaning liquid only a few times.

My dishwasher is visually clean inside and does not smell. So I was like saving. I won't do it anymore.

sazalexter, Thank you! How often should you use the cleaning fluid?

I bought a liquid for cleaning, I'll go try ... Suddenly, it will work out. Dishwasher malfunctions
It didn't work out to reanimate. Stands with collected water on the side. And that's all. Hisses, time clicks. And she does not want to drain, but she collected water.Dishwasher malfunctions

Finally, I became the owner of a dishwasher, of course, thanks to my favorite forum. But now I am beginning to be tormented by questions whether everything is all right with me.
I have been using the machine for a week, but the salt shortage indicator is constantly on. The first time I fell asleep according to the instructions, then I tried to fill it up - but only the water poured out, no longer climbs. And yet, yesterday after washing, almost all the powder remained in place - it just turned into a large lump. Today I did not fill up the powder, yesterday’s sold out. Experienced owners, help a newbie figure out what I am doing wrong ???
