Ingredients

Egg 1 PC.
sugar 0.5 tbsp. l.
salt pinch
slaked soda with vinegar or lemon juice on the tip of a teaspoon
milk (0.5 or 1.5%, if fat milk is diluted with water in a 50:50 ratio) milk and water must be cold and NOT boiled 2 tbsp.
flour 1 tbsp.
a piece of pork, preferably salted, bacon

The recipe is taken from the 1952 recipe book, the pancakes are very simple, thin, tasty, if you wish, you can wrap any filling in them and always get it.
Grind the egg with sugar, salt and soda (extinguish the soda), add 1/4 of the milk and all the flour. Grind until lump-free. Add remaining milk.
Grease the pan with lard pinned on a fork. Pour into a frying pan in a thin layer (I have about 1/5 of a ladle). Fry pancakes over medium heat.

I'll add my recipe too

5 eggs
0.5 liters of milk (I take 3.2% fat from the bag)
1-3 tablespoons of sugar (whoever likes it)
3 tablespoons of flour with top (if the dough is thin, then add more flour, just not a lot)
vegetable oil (about 5-6 tablespoons)

I mix everything with a mixer. Grease the frying pan with oil for the first time, then do not pour oil into the frying pan. If the pancakes stick, add the butter to the dough. The dough is slightly thicker than baked milk. Pour a thin layer into the pan and distribute it over the entire surface.
I usually bake the first pancake and then see what to add. I bake in a Tefalevskaya pancake pan. My pancakes don't stick, it's very easy to turn them over. I turn it over with a wooden fork, catching the pancake with one clove.
