Arka
perches are easiest to clean with a grater

It is possible with only yolks, Natasha. I liked the sauce so much that I just leaned on it!

Catches in the Dnieper. Our marinka is not frozen yet. Sauce you say, now I'm going to study sauces, especially oranges, mint, all sorts of herbs are my weakness, some I grow myself. Come to us to warm up
Vitalinka
Marinochka, this recipe is awesome! I look at the photo and salivate! It remains only to buy a perch, the recipe is already in the tabs. Thank you!

You are lucky with the fisherman! (And I already thought that you cleaned your perch ...)
And the sauce here is simple, the main feature in it is to pour it at the end with orange juice. And the most important thing is that it cooks much faster than fish is cleaned.

Thank you for the invitation! As soon as I freeze, I'll come to warm up. Only yours will soon get colder ...

To buy a perch is probably the hardest part of this recipe!
Thank you,Vitalinochka, that you looked in, try it for health!

Yeah, lucky, I'll buy a thread of red fish and pour orange juice in front of everyone, well, so that there are no competitors, but for sure, so mint next to me, they are mint

Got it ... This is to get you more!
So with mint, too, the fish turns out very tasty!
I just decorated this one with mint leaves, and so it contains dried basil. (By the way, when she was decorating with mint, she thought that she needed to cook with it)

I barely recognized you in a New Year's hat - only eyes remained!
Merri
Marina, thanks for the wonderful sauce!
MariS
To your health, Ira!
The sauce for any fish will be good. Actually, this is not even a sauce, but rather a soufflé.
Hope it comes in handy.

Marish, how are you on time? Today I just bought a seasonal North Sea navaga for testing. Pokhlebkin praised her. Let me think I'll try. Now with your sauce I will make
SanechkaA

Navaga is a good fish. Try it, Larissa, to your health and I will be very pleased if the recipe comes in handy!
Cook soufflé sauce at once in double the size - I ate it instead of a side dish.

I will be very glad, Sanya, if this fish also takes root in your menu! Try it, and I'll wait for your impressions ...

MariS
I tried it with another fish, cod, and used the fillet as in the original recipe.
The sauce covers the fish completely and looks like it is in dough.
As tasty as with a perch.

Taak, another tasty treat in half with a Wishlist ... And next to us a new fish store was opened, there is everything !!!! This means that this recipe has a chance in the near future to be embodied in all its beauty and deliciousness! Can't you add ginger there too? I like the orange + ginger combination. The chicken according to your recipe worked great!
Thanks for the recipe, Marinochka!

Thanks for the recipe, Marinochka!

Galin, embody for good health! We also have ginger, only there is lime instead of orange. But other citrus fruits can be added there. Orange is good where lemon is!

Marina, first looked at the photo and until I read your comment I was sure that it was a fish pie, very beautiful and I can imagine what a delicate taste the fish got
MariS
The husband, looking at the result, also decided that I would feed him a fish pie.
How unspeakably happy he was later ...
SanechkaA
doesn't like fish pies? or loves fish more?
MariS
He does not consider pies to be a full meal, except in the form of a snack or for tea.
Once, I cooked belyashi for supper, and he asked: "Is there anything we can eat?"
SanechkaA
Marina, valid answer
MariS
Therefore, I do not cook anything in dough for dinner, and the fish looked exactly like that!
fray Zayac
and if you try to make salmon fillet ...
What do you think?
MariS
Lydia, with the coming you!
Salmon is also possible - and how! It is possible with orange and lemon, and then add ginger!
The fish loves all this very much.
