Ingredients

Cooking method

  • Bake at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 170/180 degrees for 20 minutes and then grill for about 10/15 minutes. I baked without using the grill.

My adjustments: I didn't bake a pumpkin - I stewed it, from seeds - sunflower and sesame.
