Ingredients
pork	400 g
carrot	1 PC
onion	1 PC
salted cucumbers	3 pcs
flour	2 tbsp. l.
tomato paste	3 tbsp. l.
vegetable oil for frying
salt
pork seasoning
Water	approximately 500 ml
granular mustard	1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

• I spied this recipe on the Internet from a Yorkoman. I post it with the consent of the author, I adapted the recipe to the programs of my own pressure cooker, and also made minor changes to the cooking technology.
• Cut the pork into cubes, fry in a pressure cooker in vegetable oil (Frying program).
• 
• When the meat is a little browned, season with salt, sprinkle, add finely chopped onions to it, and a little later - carrots, fry everything together for a few minutes, until the onions and carrots are soft.
• 
• After that, pour flour into a bowl, mix it with vegetables, heat slightly (about 1 minute), turn off frying.
• Add mustard, coarsely grated cucumbers and tomato paste, pour in water, mix everything well, turn on the Poultry program for 15 minutes.
• 
• At the end of the program, turn off the keeping warm, wait until the cover is unlocked. Our meat is ready.

Note

You can take the amount of water at your own discretion, depending on how thick you want the sauce to be. For a more delicate taste, add 2 to 3 tbsp. l. sour cream. I didn't have sour cream at hand, so I replaced half of the water with milk.
