Kish Lauren in a multicooker

Ingredients

Butter 100g
Flour 1 glass
Salt 0.5 tsp
Cold water 2 tbsp. l.
Filling:
Bacon 150g
Onion 2 pcs
Butter 2 tbsp. l.
Eggs 2 pcs
Cream 100 ml
Hard cheese 100g
Nutmeg pinch
Salt taste

Cooking method

  • Combine flour, butter and salt. Prepare chopped dough. Add cold water, mix well. The dough should be thick and elastic.
  • Put the dough in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  • Spread the finished dough with your hands along the bottom of the bowl, making sides on the sides.
  • Refrigerate again for 15 minutes.
  • Prepare the filling: Fry the chopped onion in butter with bacon stripes.
  • Beat eggs with a whisk, add cream, salt and nutmeg.
  • Put the bacon and onion on the dough, sprinkle with grated cheese and pour over the egg mixture.
  • Bake in Bake mode for 1 hour.
