Ingredients

Pork ribs 1.5KG
Bulb onions 4 things
Salt pepper taste
Pork spices taste
Vegetable oil for roasting

Cooking method

  • Cut the ribs into pieces, salt, pepper, season with your favorite spices.
  • Cut the onion into half rings.
  • Pour oil into the multicooker bowl, put a portion of the ribs, close the lid and put in the FRYING mode for 30 minutes. During this time, fry all the ribs in portions on both sides until golden brown.
  • Remove the meat from the bowl and transfer to the bowl.
  • Put onion in a bowl and fry it until translucent.
  • Add the fried ribs to the onion, mix, add a little water, close the lid and set the multicooker to STEWING mode for 2 hours.
