My first test of the bread maker was on the Yogurt mode
I ask you not to throw your slippers, I'm new to this business

Milk 3.2% 700 ml.
Yoghurt without additives 200 ml.

I didn’t find any activations, I took such a local manufacturer

Boiled the milk, cooled it, mixed it with yogurt, poured it into glasses. At the bottom of the bucket I put the scraps from the old silicone mold. I put the cups in the bucket. The default yogurt mode is 6 hours.
It's a shame that there is no yogurt container included. I could hardly find the right size cups

It seems that the yoghurt has stagnated a little. Whey was released, but just a little. It tastes quite decent yoghurt, like Activia, not sour. Next time I'll try to reduce the time

Thank you! I would have taken it right away, but our pharmacies are dumb and it is not profitable to order on the Internet. So for now, I’ll ferment with store yoghurts. I know it's not very useful, but I have no choice

Congratulations on your purchase and your first yogurt !!! I also measured all the jars at home, I did not find a suitable one (although I hoped for those from baby food). I didn't even think about glasses, thanks for the tip I'll go try on

Julia, Thank you!
The juice glasses fit, they are small in diameter but tall. They contain just 250 ml.

Where to get this dry yogurt starter? I want to try, but I don't understand where to find it from the recipe: natural yogurt 100 gr?

Is this a recipe from the instructions? natural yoghurt is ready-made yoghurt, without additives and fillers. Natural Activation Type. And dry starter cultures are sold in the pharmacy or you can order them on the Internet, in Moscow, I think this is not a problem

Can be done without a bucket. Put some kind of stand on the bottom and two liter cans fit in (or half-liter - as you like).
