Red cabbage salad

Ingredients

Red cabbage 200 BC
A tomato 1 PC.
Bell pepper 1/2 pcs.
White salad onions 1/2 pcs.
Dill 1/2 bundle
Soaked lingonberry 2 tbsp. l.
Olive oil 3 tbsp. l.
Apple cider vinegar 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Chop the cabbage as thin as possible. I used a thin bladeless insert with a Berner grater. Rub the cabbage with your hands with salt, so that it starts up the juice. Cut the tomato, bell pepper and onion into thin rings. (I used the same insert.) Chop the dill finely. Put everything together, add lingonberries and season with olive oil and apple cider vinegar. Mix.
  • Bon Appetit!

Time for preparing:

15 minutes.

Note

This is one of my favorite salads in the winter. It is bright and uplifting. It's also delicious!

Lingonberries are sold frozen in supermarkets. It can be soaked too. If necessary, I will write how.

There were no lingonberries and dill. I replaced lingonberries with cherries (from frozen), "forgot" dill.
Nevertheless, it is sooo tasty! Buy dill and repeat
