Ingredients

puff pastry ready 450 gr (2 layers)
catrofel 5-6 pcs
bulb onions 2 heads
Champignon mushrooms 150 g
salt and pepper taste
vegetable oil for frying and greasing

Cooking method

  • Prepare vegetables. Cut the mushrooms into slices, the onion into half rings. Fry mushrooms and onions in vegetable oil, cool. Place baking paper in the bowl (if it does not stick in your bowl, then do not put it), grease it with vegetable oil. Roll out one layer of dough larger than the diameter of the bowl. Put the dough in the bowl, make the sides.
  • Peel the potatoes, coarsely grate or cut into very thin slices, put on the dough, season with salt and pepper to taste. Top with onions and mushrooms and cover with a second layer of dough. Split the sides with the top layer of dough to make a closed pie. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Bake for 35-40 minutes on one side, then turn over with a steam basket and bake on the other side for another 20-30 minutes.

Note

I did not take a step-by-step photo, since it was an experiment, I did not hope that it would work. But the cake turned out to be very tasty !!!!
Good for both fasting and every day. You can add meat products - minced meat - fried, ham, sausage, chicken or meat - boiled.
