With Delfa, everything is clear, the service is carried out by the seller himself, but what about the Orions?
I think not everything is so sad, for example, when I bought mine, I was also puzzled by the service, especially since these stoves will no longer be supplied to us, so I called T *** ly's service asking what to do if there was a breakdown. They explained to me that if the stove was bought from them, then while it is under warranty they will not even repair it - they will immediately return the money, Well, if after the guarantee, then if they pick up a part from other stoves. As they explained to me, almost all the details are interchangeable.
I think that's probably the same with the Orions.

But buckets and agitators are just not a problem - for example, they told me offhand in the service two models of bread makers from which you can take

sazalexter Orions are treated without any problems at the service opposite our warehouse. Our warehouse-regional-serves 3 areas. Buckets-SIMILAR with Delphi and other inexpensive. Stirrers too. Only the shape of the bend may be slightly different. I have a more rigid form on the older Delphi. And complaints about Philips, see below (or above) about the young ladies.
Regarding, not to find Delphi in Russia, so you have the same ones. In Metro, we have absolute analogs, Infinity. In general, now supplies from Russia have gone, our relations have changed at a high level, Vitek is again increasing its turnover. I love him very much, high-quality equipment for a good price. Only there is no HP yet.
And the new Orions, almost all have already dispersed. Today came again-mnogooooo! And the buckets in cheap stoves are powerful !!! Believe me, I'm certainly not a service technician. But I can see and can see EVERYTHING that is included. And the service technician is only what gets to be repaired. And we take the goods for ourselves only after consulting with the service workers - what gets to them is swept aside. Orions 205 fall - for some reason, a weak point - transmission from the engine. Repairs are said to be elementary and free, since if they fail, then soon after purchase. And those that work are no longer scary.
SoNya 68
LenaV07 and it is programmable, has 2 forms and a dispenser. This dispenser gave a head start to the Panas - only the 205 expensive model was from what I saw. And now here is Orion. And the stove is remarkably pretty. But I love my Delphi very much and selflessly! I sprinkle nuts and seeds and all sorts of seasonings after her shrill scream. She loves when you approach her, hums joyfully)))))))
It's just that when people put baked goods with stitching and want to add additives, the dispenser helps out. Otherwise, for example, the raisins will grind into pieces. I have so little Delfa loved to interfere hard.
IRR
I didn't get it right - you can equally lose a blade from a mixer, both in an expensive and in an inexpensive stove. This is already a problem by the zone (as they say in Ukraine) of this topic, it is more likely in the topic on our forum "Doctor, I'm here for you"

This is my yesterday's bread - 300 ml of liquid, half of which is kefir, the rest is water, flour 1 grade, 3 tbsp. rye spoons, 2 tablespoons. spoons of malt + Vikina ripe sourdough. SoNya 68
Yes? I'll have to look, I pulled out the manual, looked at it rather quickly, which I also really liked - the instructions contain a complete schedule of the workflow, in minutes and sequence.
Well, this suggests that it has once again been lapped with some powerful brand. That is, production has been resumed.

I used the dispenser five times, all the time. I use the delay more regularly, this is when there is absolutely no time. But I don't see any sense in programming. It's better to bake in the oven.
LenaV07
No-no-no, programming is a very handy feature. In the same way that I have not used the dispenser, I have never baked with the standard programs. I didn’t have to adjust to the programs proposed by the manufacturer, I introduced my own process and began to bake in KhP. I never have a question with the fact that I need to adjust something somewhere, interrupt there, wait here, etc. The oven is an oven, sometimes it is busy with something else, sometimes it just doesn't want to "fire it ", someone doesn't have it, and so on.
Zest
I don’t know ... it’s easier for me to knead in Kenwood, and watch the process according to the circumstances.

And I use a dispenser almost 50% of the time. And I can't even imagine a stove without programming. For example, white bread in our house comes only in the form of baguettes. Therefore, the baguette program was created on the basis of French bread, by reducing to 0 the last rise and baking. And I put them almost always on the timer for the night (the duration of the kneading and 2 rises 2h 25min.), And in the morning I get up to shape the baguettes and the last rise and pastries. As a result, fresh cooled baguettes are just for lunch and you can sleep. I can’t even imagine how to do it without programming. I don’t have enough programming in the multitel. So that, for example, first baking for 20 minutes, and then stewing for 1 hour. And I was not there at that time

When buying brands, a person should remember that part of the money is given for the brand, for the NAME! Brands are good, who has money. But again. I had a lot of non-branded equipment (and is) that served and serves faithfully, and cost me 3 times cheaper !! And there was also a branded one, which broke down within 3 months. And we are not talking about one thing. So in this matter, everyone decides for himself. But for those who have little money, I do not advise to spend money on a very expensive branded one. It is better to consult, ask people around and buy something from inexpensive

I hope you did not have to "get" as users on "branded" products
PaWosonic, PanasoniK, Kaiwa, NokLa? .... And I had to repair such equipment ...
Now "firms" have become smarter, they sell the same "miracles of technology" under different names, I will not list them so as not to upset users, "Where there is a lot of wisdom, there is a lot of sadness, and whoever multiplies knowledge increases sorrow." Although super fakes under the brands SONY, Pioneer, Akai began to appear. It is very difficult to determine at a glance, only the "opened will show" their true essence
So, I would not wish anyone to either repair such equipment (often there is a complete absence of diagrams and manuals, this is ... not profitable for me to do whatever one may say, only one headache and resentment for announcing everyone like "rabbits") or buy, paying for functions that do not work or work "crookedly" !!!
The technique of well-known companies is easier to sell, despite the price tag (it is sold by itself)
But the rest has to be sold, people do not always understand that Vitek is "better" than Kenwood

Hope
Personally, despite all my beliefs that we overpay for brands, I will not buy equipment from a little-known manufacturer. The name is a guarantee of good quality and worthy service. Although I personally have never (at least I do not remember this) have worn my Sony, Panasonic, Philips ..... for repair. What I wish for everyone.

Nothing is wild. Such a compact HP, with a motor at the bottom, and not on the side or behind, only Panasik. Basically for this and chose her. Although my kitchen can not be called tiny, but for all the wishes you still have to save space. You can scold Panasonic with any words (you do it well), but why offend all Panasonic owners, considering them narrow-minded? Everyone has their own reason. As far as I could understand your endless claims to Panosonik - this is the price. So at BORK it is even higher. BORK email teapots sells for 12 thousand. rubles. And no criticism is heard. Sorry for being too emotional, but got it.

I have no complaints either to Panasonic or to other resounding companies, I just argue * out loud * that the bakery market is not limited to Panasonic, Philips and Sonya. Panasonic is not always better than Orion, not always. Motor underneath? - great, but someone likes the green color. Say it is not equivalent?

I personally cannot compare correctly. I had 3 skis in my hands, 1 Kenwood and 1 Panasonic. That is, these are ovens on which I actually baked bread and more than once. I had no other stoves and I am not in a position to say anything about them at all. Neither bad nor good. Because in order to compare - you need to touch both. Of those that I had, in my subjective opinion, the ski is inferior to Panasonic, and Kenwood is inferior to both of them. However, the ski models were much older than the Panasonic model, so the question is probably simply technical progress. At Kenwood, the organization of the menu was unsuccessful for me and the instructions were disgusting. Here. There were no complaints about baking. I did not have any less well-known ovens at all (they were not on sale then, the HP market was extremely scarce - skis of two or three models), since one of them served for 6 years and for all its rather long baking experience of my personally listed ovens - only two. The first one just got bored, not broke. And it has not broken down to this day and works for those to whom I gave it (which is almost 9 years).

I have a certain craving for brands, I know this weakness behind me. I honestly admit. And for premium brands.

Hello!
So I joined the army of bread makers.
I chose for a long time, read the forums, since the sellers in the stores do not know what they are selling at all (they recruited students).
Immediately I decided that I would take a budget bakery. I opted for Orion-205 (they praise it on this forum), but so far I decided to buy, the last one was taken (Foxtrot 700 UAH). There were no Internet shops. I decided to look for something else. I opted for Delfa 104708. I bought two of them. One for myself and one for my mother.
In the online store (412 UAH). Yesterday I baked the first bread program 1. Everything is buzzing. The bread is good. Today I baked according to program 5 (cake), it looks like a cupcake.
So, when baking, the oven got very hot on all sides, and the cake came out not a cake, but a coal (all black and did not rise, but flattened and worn). In short, the stove practically burned it, although everything inside is ok.
The question is - this is a marriage of a bread machine and you need to change it to a new one, or a program glitch. The owners of this model, tell me what to do (there are 14 days for an exchange).
In general, you need to create a separate branch for Delphi. I think this model will be a new hit.

P.S. I also thought about taking ORION OBM-24W, but nowhere was it written that there was an additional bucket for cupcakes either on the Foxtrot website or on the Orion website or in any internet store. I understand that the model is new, the current has appeared ...
By the way, I asked the Foxtrot service workers, they said that neither Delphi nor Orions - there are practically no calls - everything works !!!

I cooked a plum on the JAM program - that's what happened

Maybe you shouldn't overpay for brands? Maybe you shouldn't overpay for brands?

It's so fast, it's so easy, it's so interesting! And finally, it tastes so good! I washed the plum (about 1 kg), poured sugar (about a pound), crushed several pieces for juice and turned it on. The stove itself threshed and interfered when necessary. Then she began to heat and boil. Plums I had "not noble" - pull out the bones of the figli, they firmly dug into it.But when everything was cooked, I collected these bones with a slotted spoon and all the business! Yesterday with pancakes. And it became thicker this morning.

Conclusion - I liked it very, very, very much. And the jam itself and the method. Just for the sake of this method itself, one would have to buy a stove and mock it. You just need to immediately take a large 2-mixer mixer, so that kg 1.5. fruit fit and 700 grams of sugar - that's it! By the way, nothing has happened to the bucket so far, so t.t. (in the sense of nothing bad)
LTBW
Why are you all so afraid of spoiling the bucket with jam? If immediately after cooking the jam is drained and the bucket is rinsed (or at least filled with water) (preferably hot), then nothing will happen to it, since everything is liquid and safe. Problems can be if the bucket with the remnants of the jam is left to dry, and then try to turn the shaft. Here, yes, the caramelized sugar will easily scratch anything. But you are all not such slobs here, do you leave dirty dishes? And, moreover, do not try to cook in it? So there is nothing to be afraid of!

Maybe you shouldn't overpay for brands?

Hello dear bakers! I have had such a stove for about a month. I am satisfied with her work, baked on all programs, except for fast ones, kneaded yeast and unleavened dough. Only here the instructions for it are completely scanty. There are only operating rules and, in my opinion, 6 recipes, and 2 of them are from your site.
Maybe someone knows a twin for my stove, and there will be detailed instructions on the programs, what and how long does it take in each program? And then empirically, sitting with a stopwatch, there is no time to calculate.

HOW !!!!!!! Is my oven completely unique? I really didn't expect it! Please help, huh?
