Lazy dumplings or Boot stuffed with Steba DD1 ECO

Ingredients

Large horns "boot" 500 g
Minced meat (beef + chicken fillet) 1 kg
Yellow onion medium 1 PC
Fresh pepper 1 PC
Fresh pepper 1 PC
Salt
Spices (Provencal herbs) 1 tbsp
Sour cream 15% 250 ml
Garlic 4 cloves
Water 100 ml
Ketchup 6 tbsp
chopped greens (dill and parsley)

Cooking method

  • 1. Before you start stuffing Rozhkov, you need to boil them to stop being very brittle. After boiling water, cook for no more than 2 minutes. Place the cones in a colander and let them cool slightly.
  • 2. While the horns are cooling, chop and stew vegetables, except for the garlic.
  • 3. Make sour cream and garlic sauce + salt and provencal herbs.
  • 4. Stuff the Horns with minced meat. Put in a saucepan. Put one layer of stuffed horns, pray 2 tablespoons of ketchup and sour cream sauce, then repeat until the horns run out. I got three layers! Sprinkle the top layer with herbs.
  • 5. Pour in 100 ml of water.
  • 6. Close the lid and set the Meat program for 10 minutes. After the end of the program, open after 10 minutes.

Well ... I was looking for this recipe for a long time, for some reason I did not find it and did as I thought ... 20 min. I put it on .. and even held it on the heating, did not immediately release the pressure ... Naturally, everything became sour.
Well, nothing, there is still a package of horns, boom to do again.
Thank you!
