Salmon with garlic, parsley and crispy almonds

Ingredients

salmon fillet with skin
salt (preferably coarse)
freshly ground pepper
olive oil
a few drops of fresh lemon juice
fresh parsley
garlic
almond or almond petals
a few slices of butter

Cooking method

  • Cut the salmon into portioned steaks (instead of salmon, I took pink salmon fillets).
  • Season with coarse salt and sprinkle with pepper to taste.
  • Drizzle with a little freshly squeezed lemon juice and prick with a fork (so that the juice gets inside the steaks) and leave for a while (I left it for about half an hour).
  • In the dish in which we will bake the fish, pour 3 tablespoons of olive oil, put the pieces of fish skin side down.
  • Sprinkle the pieces of fish with coarsely chopped garlic.

  • Put small pieces of butter on top so that the fish does not dry out when baking. I didn’t put butter on top, we fast, because of this, the fish dried out a little on top).
  • Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 15-25 minutes.

Note

I do not specify the amount of ingredients as in the original recipe, it all depends on how many servings of fish you want to get. Well, it's hard to make a mistake with the rest, we add all the ingredients to our liking.

I really liked the dish, with a pleasant garlic taste.
