Candy curls with nuts (Easy sticky buns)

Ingredients

puff pastry 2 layers
butter room t 100 g
melted butter 2 tbsp. l
pecans (I have walnuts) 1/2 st
dark raisins (I have candied fruits) 1/2 st
cinnamon 3 tsp
light brown sugar 70-90 g

Cooking method

  • These rolls are made so quickly and easily that they can be easily baked for breakfast.
  • Mix the butter, sugar and cinnamon. Dust the cutting board with flour.
  • We unfold 2 layers of dough and grease first with melted butter, and on top we put the filling from the sugar-cinnamon mixture. Distribute it evenly, stepping back 1 cm from the edges.
  • Next, lay out the nuts and raisins (I have candied fruits) so that each curl contains everything equally. Sprinkle with sugar.
  • We roll a layer of dough into a roll. We cut it into equal parts, each 2-2.5 cm.
  • We spread it on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. It is better to bake in a cupcake, so that each curl is in a separate cell (also covered with parchment paper).
  • Bake at maximum t (I have 350 * C) 25-30 minutes.

My baking time coincided with the one indicated in the recipe. But everyone knows their oven and all its problems, so put t at your discretion.

The original recipe also says nothing about rolling out the dough - so I followed the author's instructions. As a result, I did not regret it at all.
Sheets came across all sizes from different manufacturers. The length of the first dough sheets of those in the recipe is about 22 cm.The next I made from square sheets (about 15cm)
The main thing is to make the curl width 2-2.5 cm in size.
