Ingredients

Chicken thighs 1 kg
Canned pineapples 1 can

Cooking method

  • Place the chicken pieces in a microwave safe dish. Salt, pepper, sprinkle with seasonings. (I have ground ginger). Place pineapples on top. Drizzle with syrup from a jar. Place in the microwave at full power for 30 minutes.

Time for preparing:

30 minutes.

So, I am reporting (I apologize that without a photo - I really wanted to eat)).
The standard package (weight on the label 1150g) was divided in half - three of six thighs, the day before cooking, I took it out of the freezer and put it directly in the package on a plate in the refrigerator - to defrost. Last night I took out the already defrosted ones, salted and pepper a little with chicken mixture. I put it in a glass (for MB) bowl. On top I poured half a can of pineapple in pieces, since I scooped it with a spoon without holes, then a little syrup also got into it. Actually, this is all from preliminary preparations. I closed it with a lid and put it on full power (900 watts) for half an hour. After 15 minutes, I stopped MV, opened the lid. I looked - it was pierced with a knife perfectly softly, but I left it for another 7 minutes, scooped up the pineapple pieces from above, since they poured down below. Total 22 minutes.
While the thighs were stewed, I made a salad and boiled potatoes.
Mine said skeptically: "Well, well, let's try ..", but they ate in one second)
