cream 33% 100 ml
boiled condensed milk 2 tbsp. l.
powdered sugar 2-3 st. l.
food coloring of any color 3 drops

Cooking method

  • Dough
  • Beat the butter with sugar until white, add eggs one at a time - beat for 3 minutes, add vanilla.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the flour and loosen, add it to the dough gradually, then add the milk.
  • Divide the dough into two parts, one to five, add cocoa to the fifth part (in advance, in a separate bowl, mix cocoa with a spoonful of water until porridge is obtained).
  • We fill the molds one by one, first white dough, then brown and white. We put in preheated to 180aboutTake off the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  • Cream
  • Remove the cream cheese from the refrigerator in advance (so that it is soft), add condensed milk, icing sugar and cream - beat until there are no lumps of cheese, then add the dye.
