Dumplings with turkey and cheese baby

Ingredients

Minced meat:
Turkey breast fillet 350 g
Bulb onions 1 PC.
Cheese 50 g
Salt taste
Dough:
Wheat flour 300 g
Sour cream 100 g
Starch 25 g
Water 100 g
Salt 1 \ 2h. l.

Cooking method

  • For the minced meat, scroll the turkey, finely chop the onion, add salt, mix. It is advisable to leave to marinate for 12-24 hours.
  • Add grated cheese before cooking.
  • For dough, mix all ingredients. Roll out the dough thinly, cut out the circles, put the filling, pinch along the edge. I do this with a small fork.
  • Steam for 20-25 minutes or boil in salted water after boiling for 5 minutes.
  • Serve with sour cream.

Note

Why "Baby" ?? Because the main thing is for the child to eat, therefore both the dough and minced meat should be tender. I prepared the dough according to a different recipe, but I didn’t like it .. it quickly aired and dried. This dough keeps well in the refrigerator in a bag for several days. From its leftovers, I stuck dumplings with cottage cheese.

One sadness is not at all suitable for working with a dumpling machine !!! I wanted to quickly stick dumplings for children (on the festive table) ... but it didn't work out quickly! He categorically refused to fall out of the dumplings. Squeezed out with your finger! The view, of course, is not the same and wasted nerves ... 🙀. I had to sculpt by hand. I rolled it out on the table, cut it into a small glass, stuck it on. Came out 170 pieces of dumplings and 30 dumplings with cherries (they are larger. I cut mugs with a glass).
