Ingredients

Warm water 1 tbsp (250 ml)
Olive. oil 2 tbsp. l
salt 1 tsp
fast dry yeast 1 small pack
flour 3-4 st

Cooking method

  • I baked bread in the evening, I was too lazy to go to the store, so I figured out a loaf.
  • I did everything by eye: in a glass of warm water, a small pack of warm yeast, 1 tsp. l salt, 2 tbsp. l. favorite olive oil + flour .. 3-4 glasses probably .. laid down on the eye.
  • It turned out to be an elastic bun, smeared the bottom of the multicooker with a little olive oil, put the bun, held it for only 30 minutes on the Yogurt mode, and immediately baked for 50 minutes on one side and 15 on the other.

It turned out delicious and lush)) Maybe someone will find my recipe useful, I don't like sweet bread, so I didn't put sugar at all. all the same it turned out lush and porous. It's a pity I can’t show the structure, it was airy (we talked with borscht quickly))
