Silent multicooker, no heating - help me find?

Hello. I am trying to find a multicooker with three options:
- either without auto-heating at all, or with the ability to turn it off IN ADVANCE
- with a normally working condensate drain
- and not to squeak !!! she will stand in the room where I sleep))

Unfortunately, most sites do not provide information on all these parameters. I have re-read several dozen hundred reviews, and so far I have not found one that all three parameters are respected. The budget is 5-7 sput.
Please, if you know a suitable one, do not be too lazy to drop a line ...

Makuzu, if the question is still relevant, then I have VESka, it does not squeak at all, and there is no heating in three modes: on Plov, on Baking and, of course, on Yogurt ... Model VES SK A-14. I don’t know about other VESK, but I really like this one, including for THESE qualities
